I may have to come on SC2 more often at this rate; I was under the impression that people rarely hosted games on their own. I'm in the US West region, on the US version of SC2. On a side note, a few issues of note (that may or may not be pending a fix; sorry if this list bothers you, MavercK): Global Issues - Various icons and buttons still need proper tooltips (low priority). - Air units set to 'Hold Ground' will revert to 'Stop' if other air units 'collide' with them. Which makes it harder to keep a ball of, say, Mutalisks, from instantly chasing the first enemy they see. - (Possibly unique to the map) On 'The Hunters', on some of the expansion mineral patches, workers will occasionally try to 'find' a mineral patch that's technically across the gaps between the terrain, which usually leads them into an enemy expansion (with predictable results). Their 'mineral detection' radius might be too large, if that makes sense. Zerg Issues - Quality of life: Upgrades and research should probably trigger the "Evolution Complete" announce by the SC1 Overmind; it currently uses the SC2 Queen voice overs (low priority). Infested Terrans: - Don't have the Burrow ability; they had this ability in Brood War. - Use SC2 voices (low priority, I know. But Brood War Infested Terrans just sound better). Queens: - Infest Terran Command Center doesn't work unless the ability button is used; Brood War Queens would start infestation if you had one selected, then right-clicked on a sufficiently-damaged Command Center. They would also 'auto-infest' if they were near a Command Center when it reached the required damage level, unless you told them to 'Hold Ground'. - While infesting, the Queen remains exposed to enemy attacks; in Brood War, a Queen would 'disappear' inside the Command Center while infesting it, reappearing about 1-2 seconds after the Command Center became infested. Terran Issues - Announcer voices/audio and a few units (Dropship uses SC2 voice overs if commanded to unload or load), but Terran is otherwise in an decent position (low priority). Protoss Issues - Announcer and unit voices/audio (low priority). Shield Battery: - The "recharge" audio for the Shield Battery is either really quiet, absent, or I'm just deaf. Or maybe there's too much assorted noise besides the Shield recharging (low priority). - Quality of life suggestion: Allow "Recharge Shields" to be cast on the ground near Protoss units, with a small 'effective radius'. If there are units that can be recharged in the radius, the cast will "draw" those units towards the Battery, while ignoring any Protoss that already have full Shields. Not sure if it worked like this in Brood War, but I just thought it might be a nifty idea. Completed the Terran and Protoss sections of my report. Other users may point out other issues that I may have missed; a compiled list would simplify debugging at the very least I would think,  | ||

I would also like to reiterate that the Fighting Spirit arcade map is and old version with all the presentation issues and bugs that that entails. Ideally you could reupload the map under Custom Games with the map recognizing that it can be played by up to four players (Pathfinder has the same problem), but barring that, perhaps you could at least fix the arcade map. Another potential issue is that, since people probably won't want to use the SC2BW maps to play HotS, it seems redundant to have both the extension mod and the SC2BW exclusive maps, so maybe keep the SC2BW maps with the SC2BW Data. I suppose you may as well keep the extension mod around in case people want to play on SC2 maps with SC2BW, as silly as that would be. | ||

sorry to play Real Time Live Thread hi crank (in his awe some 24 hour stream (100 th day of streaming)) is playing the campaign.. of sc1 RIGHT NOW i suppose people could go on his twitch to "play" him 1v1 <3 sc2bw edit: see it here | ||
