Nocturne such a bad champion past midgame, meh. :/ He's full of steroids and various stat bonuses but he can't use them effectively, the fear changes are meh unless you're behind your carries trying to peel the guy in front of them, and he's utterly ignorable if he doesn't build a lot of damage.
