Your friendly Oceanic island neighbor As i stated, he has BAD lane phase which makes him pretty much non option versus the top players of the game. But with good, careful play[good warding, not eating too much harras] it's easily survivable on all skills levels but the very top.
Please tell me you realize that your excuse for his lane phase is "don't get hit," right?

Just to clarify, this is very much the place to discuss support warwick if people here wish to do so. Discussing anything LoL related here is on topic.
To chime in the topic, I agree with the other users that I can't imagine it being good, and your reasoning for his viability portrays him as a rather weak support. The weaknesses you mentioned are crushing. Not much to add to that, your summary of them was pretty accurate.
One pro that you mentioned and I find disagreeable is the "Hard to kill/dmg/unignorable". Assuming you do build BotRK first/after targons(?) (which is the only item you mention in that post) you definitely are unignorable, but very easy to kill indeed. It will take a lot longer for support WW to get BotRK compared to top lane WW, and even then you will be 3 or so levels behind your top laner. The tankiness you have from your levels at that point will be rather pathetic, and you will have no items to compensate with.
Another thing I would protest against is you saying that support warwick can work up to high diamond. While it might not be necessarily false (although rather meaningless), it could be understood as a statement of actual success of support warwick in low diamond, so I would advise to be careful with wording.

I'm trying to post a new thread in the official bug report forums but it just doesn't work, both submitting the thread or trying to preview it. [just a reminder that i said already, he's not top level support and isnt recommended if your goal is the lcs[
stormtemplar, 739, everyone you put too much emhpasis on his lane phase. Yes, he can be totally dominated with perfect play and so he isnt ideal for for very high level, but as i said, up until high diamond it's very winable/mangeable with careful play and warding, i'm not close to lcs level, not even that good of a player yet i win even in diamond with this. So if i do it, you can do it just fine with careful and good play.
You need to play a bit diffrant than your usual support, and once you hit 6 and get wits first, then botrk/tank item[s4 gold changes, you will get the items] you start to have awesome tools to help your team, which is what support is about:
Ultimate is used for ganks/your own jungler ganks+ignite, can used for peel, can used to catch enemy who misstep in dives, can use to initiate, low cd and nice damage with items.
E gives great vision and speed, awesome to gank
W huge as buff, your team attacks faster and tear through buffs and towers easily.
once few items are done you do good damage and you are hard to kill, which is nice.
So yes, it does put your adc in bad spot, and yes, it requires you to play well and be aware of enemy misplays and mistakes, but with good, careful play you can win consistently regardless of your level[unless ur well top d1/challanger, but he's not mean for that level]
