For the cost of a Q and an E, some mids can get off a full rotation.
And some mids cost no mana! (Zed, I'm looking at you).

Not to mention newer mids if they don't get that blue buff might be a little disadvantaged but can work through it.

They could give Udyrs Bear form some free tenacity. That would help him engage

TBH I think there should be different MS soft caps for melee and ranged. Melee's generally are faster to begin with, and thus hit the cap more quickly. Maybe increase melee softcap by like +25 or so.

I think Lux got her mana costs buffed, but yes, mana cost creep is annoying in that it artificially makes you want to play the champs with low costs.

I like Fiora mid as a counterpick to some stuff but imo she's much better top because her damage is mostly sustained and midlane is so short that she doesn't have a whole lot of time to deal the damage... Depends on the matchup. Main thing is just being able to get into the lategame where she destroys everything.
Fiora absolutely decimates Jax in the early levels although he's really difficult to defeat if you enter the early/midgame even. I win far more lanes vs Jax than I lose and I absolutely disagree that Jax is better in teamfights.

Also Brand and Malz damage used to be "OMG ALL THE DAMAGE" but if you actually crunch the numbers they have average numbers today with none of the mobility/mana cost/other shit to make up for it ~_~
Also pretty sure Fiora can dumpster Malz so hard early before he can afk waveclear that he'll never be able to show his face in lane.

Actually Malz does deal a fkton of damage, not on Cassiopeia level but it's still insane. The Voidlings are also a lot of "hidden" dps that just -is there-. He's among the highest dmg mids and his ult has great utility.
Brand though sucks imo.

You outscale them all in the lategame so you give no fucks and farm.
Generally the matchup vs Shen goes so that neither does anything until you finish BotRK at which point you kill him in lane whenever he comes there. In any case after you can safely farm vs all of those.
Nasus also definitely seems to give fucks, I harrass them really low all the time.

She doesn't work with all team comps. You had Leona (easily the best Leona NA), Varus, J4 in g1 and Leona, Amumu in g2. Not that it's a big gripe of mine to have a carry reliant on CC, but I felt like pointing out that you had her in good situations, I'd be curious if you cold do the same without the same kind of setup for her. I'm sure I've beaten you on Fiora before at inhouses.

yes he does fktons of single target damage if the other guy afks, it's so unrealistic to get off a safe malzahar combo these days vs the kinda shit that runs rampant, at most you'll be locking down a tank in the majority of fights :|
sure you can do a good hunk of the tank's hp but with visage also being bullshit it's not like it will actually matter whiel their assassin mid slaughters everyone on your team and maybe also you.

Fiora is a great early duelist and Jax is not so I agree with your ideas on the match up. Bully the lane until he hits 6 and you should have a lead.
Saying Fiora needs kills to be relevant is like saying Zed needs kills to be relevant. It may be true, but it's also very easy once they hit 6.
Fiora completely changed for me when I started looking at her Burst of Speed as Jayce's Hyper Charge. Yeah, it's an attack speed steroid but it's potent and has a very short duration, making it more of a burst ability.

It's not that I think she's OP. Just really good, superb lategame. I've also been talking about Fiora a lot recently. As you might be able to see from my history, all of my recent ~20+ games have been Fiora.
Also it's not really a bait!

I've lost once or twice as Fiora in an IH.
A lot of viable champs have comps they absolutely suck in. I think Fiora fits in almost every comp that Zed and Fizz fits in, but Zed starts falling off when people buy QSS and Fizz can have a difficult time landing his ult in clumped up fights due to body blocks. Tiamat's Fiora Ult can deal disgusting amounts of damage in a teamfight and Burst of Speed resets.
If you want to shut her down, have the jungler camp her. She's as gankable as Darius and Mordekaiser.

How? She has no ranged harass and this is mid lane. Malzahar is a few steps away from turret. And even if he missed a few cs, he can gib her on ult cooldown

Like 2-3 she just dashes onto you and hits you. There is litereally nothing you can do, what are you gonan do, start cloth armor? Still probably won't help ~_~
