That change to Poppy is pretty much a nerf. If they care enough to make her stuns more accurate why not send a little buff her way xD

iirc, Riot is planning on re-working Poppy. They don't feel they're able to balance her current kit. She's basically been deemed as similar to Evelynn. I partially agree, her passive and ult together make the rest of her kit really hard to balance.

lol wtf I'm sorry. Sometimes when I play LoL I just zone out completely and go on auto pilot. No offense meant. I also saw some shit in chat about reporting someone, which makes me instinctively ignore it even more.

And yeah, idk about muramana being the only problem, i think his numbers need tweaking. the E-Q blast hits like a mother fucking truck as soon as he has 1-2 items. Also his W shouldnt proc muramana 3 times and then its k

I'm not all that good at the game, but do you guys think the price change on boots will shift the meta on ADC openers more towards boots and pots now that they can afford one extra pot? Or do you think Doran's Blade will still be the preferred opener? Maybe I'm over thinking this, but the extra pot sounds like it should give more sustain so you can stay in lane longer than an opponent who opened Doran's Blade.

I don't like when people say a champion should be nerfed by pointing out and wanting to remove his strengths, people do this all the time. Maybe we should balance him by nerfing his weaknesses instead. Making everyone have the same strengths would be very balanced, yes, but it would not be fun.

Loved the original but never played it much untill recently, only a friend had it and i played it briefly for a few weekends before he moved to malaysia, which reminds me he added me on FB after 8 years a few days ago and i should log on and answer himm...hue.

I guess with the Nashor's buff (which is completely unwarranted given how strong it already is with champs that can utilize it) Diana essentially got her passive nerf revoked a little.

People thought Jayce was broken strong when you only had to worry about shock blast? nope. It was the muramana change to phys and the muramana rush build that brought him to his current level of power, I don't see how you can look at how dangerous he was before these things and think he was broken.

tl;dr Shockblast is strong but when you take away his potential to W(ranged) > R > Q 100-0 he's not broken. you don't remember the games 4 months ago that would go 30+ min where shockblast wouldn't even hit very hard and he had 0 allin potential? I do.

I never said it wasnt a problem.I also think his muramana rush build would be solved somewhat through fixing that 3 proc-W. Thats just, wrong, its like rape. Its the reason he stacks it so damn fast to begin with. You can pull off something like 6 stacks every 10 seconds with that, which is 60 stacks a minute = 240 mana.

Thats 3 minutes to muramana because his W proc's 3 times. Without 3-proc, its something like 6-7 minutes. (This is assuming you can consistently pull off at least 4 skills per 10. which is peasy on jayce.

Theres nothing wrong with muramana, the problem lies with jayce being able to stack it so quickly with W + hammer / gun cycles. His bigass damage needs a nerf and the W needs to be fixed and then its fine, just becomes a standard on jayce.

Muramana is the problem because a decent Jayce can stack it in something like 12 minutes. The usual Muramana timing is like 20, he gets it way too early

Whenever I tryhard, the playlist I listen to is mostly KH music. A lot of the music is actually insanely good. Especially This one, This one, This one, and This one

it's ~16 in an easy farm lane (no kills either side)

If you take away his muramana damage (which is way too much) and his shockblast damage in the same patch (which is Strong but there has to be a compelling reason to choose a champion)

He will be Olaf'd

even lategame he gets a lot more damage out of W + Muramana than he does out of shockblast, although the timing does snowball him into his other items faster.

Pre Muramana to phys Jayce was good not broken.

But thats the thing, his skillset is so in harmony with muramana that it literally makes HIM and only HIM OP, no other champ can use it so god-damn effectively.

Your going to gut an entire item because of one champ, or adjust the champ so it doesnt work as well with muramana? Muramana jayce with reduced damage is still stronk because of muramana.

Of course then that item becomes crutch on the champion which is bad and im sure riot wouldnt want, but really, gut an entire item for one champion?

I played the intro of KH2 which was long-winded and absolute bullshit, im some other kid called rex who i give zero to not-2 shits about, running around town on a skateboard doing random shit and looking at a white girl in a window.
