It only see's the league your in. lolking can see who you played with/against in your recent match history, so it's a matter of saving that information as it comes in and analyzing the matchmaking data. The tricky part is it can't be sure what the ratings of the other people are either, but maybe there is something you can do with a bunch of cross-references and stuff (maybe start with with the challenger tier players, see which are the Diamond Is they commonly play against (making that the top of Diamond I), chain it to the low-Diamond Is/top Diamond IIs, etc.

They could get similar results without crossreferences.

I think if they actually did it, they'd find that most people are in the league their MMR corresponds to (with exceptions to those languishing at the bottom of V divisions and that one bronze V troll)

Nasus/Heca if you like afk farming and ocasionally going to lanes to flex your manly muscles(you can gank a lot with heca but without ult it's kind of meh) or pick j4 to gank 24/7.Or if zac isn't banned play him and do both at the same time. Also sejuani op.

Wither is still really strong even after the nerf and he scales really well into late game. He doesn't have the same level 2 gank presense of say a Jarvan, but he's really strong and his CC is point and click so that makes executing ganks easier. Focus on farming and using the minimap to recognize when it's a good idea to gank, don't force a bad gank just because your lanes want one

(I've been playing nothing but lee sin when I have to jungle and that hasn't worked out all that well.) i think xin is the quintessential champ to learn jungle on, no skillshots, flexible skill order, ganks extremely well and farms decently, has a clearcut mid and late-game role just spam xin games til you get the feel of the jungle then move to jarvan, skarner, nasus, 3 junglers that have widely varying roles and playstyles

Stuff like Xin, J4 (Vi could qualify but her ganks are trickier pre-6 and either I became shit with her or the last nerfs compounded with the new champs/reworks made her weaker than I thought), Sejuani, Amumu/Zac is hitting skillshots isn't a problem. How is Volibear now? Since the Q nerfs it's not a one-point wonder ganking tool anymore, does he still clear decently or does he have to choose between clearing and efficient ganking? Standard runeset/masteries (eg "you should be able to jungle anyone with them, albeit not always optimally") is AS/armour/MR/MS and 0-21-9. I'd be curious to test Eve with Elder Lizard into sorcs and stuff, but I'm not too sure about which runes to use. 21-9-0 masteries seems mandatory since she takes so much damage from the jungle on her first clear.

(I've been playing nothing but lee sin when I have to jungle and that hasn't worked out all that well.) Dont go with Nasus, he is super specialized and super focused on early objectives 8 minute dragon/18ish baron style and doesn't gank almost at all. Xin is pretty bad currently so I wouldn't go with him either. Jarvan is probably the nicest one to start with, you got a jump, nice ganks and acceptable clear speed. You can adapt to not having a jump later imo. ^^^^ Rammus doesn't rely on successful ganks, not really, he relies on being more useful mid and lategame than the other jungler. Volibear never had a good clear and yeah, since his ganks have gotten worse he's not very good. Also since stuff like Nautilus has been buffed. I'd not reccomend Mres blues for almost anyone, almost always flat CDR blues are better and sometimes flat AP is (Elise, arguably Amumu)

I honestly have 0 idea D: depends on the jungler. for sure armor yellows. mr blues are also strongly recommended. quints and reds can be some combination of AD, armor, arpen, move speed, magic pen, attack speed depending on who you're playing. masteries depend on whether you are a tanky/cc jungler or an offensive jungler. when i think about the "basics of jungling" it's mostly character independent. you want to select your jungler based on what your team needs later on in the game. the basics of ganking and jungling are definitely dependent on your character's abilities but learning timing and where to be on the map can be done with any hero.

I sometimes feel like utility is a little overrated on bruiser-style junglers and just put 9 in offense so I can get the penetration. Just my personal feeling, don't know if its actually efficient at all.

I guess it depends on the Elo, in Silver he's just a fine pick whenever :p
