The Galio change seems pretty weird. I can't even tell if it's a buff or a nerf but it seems like a nerf over all. Having the spell up every 5 seconds instead of 7 is nice but they cut .1 of the ratio off and it does 40 less base damage and it doesn't slow for as long? Don't think all of that was worth removing 2 seconds off the CD and making it cost 60 mana at all ranks but whatever.
Nunu nerfs are stupid. He isn't very viable as a support anymore. He's a pretty terrible jungler when compared to anyone else. He found a niche place in top lane (and some mid lanes) and Riot wants to take that away.
Was Galio common in like Asia or EU and I just didn't know about it? What a stupid fucking nerf.

In reality it's more of a nerf than anything since you can't/won't be spamming it on cooldown and you also may not land every single Q.
Nunu change doesn't really impact his support. If anything it helps by giving him more damage/tankiness. Nunu support never really got consume anyways. It's more directed at hitting solo top Nunu, which despite my love for solo top Nunu is admittedly somewhat retarded to play against. It might hurt his jungle, but no one plays jungle Nunu 'cause Nunu jungle is inferior for many reasons.

Galio Q is definitely a nerf. There is no question about that.

either i need to find the forums where they talk about the real hidden op's
or riot just spun the wheel of fortune and nerfed random champs
-galio is underpicked, and for one of the "weirder" skillshots in the game, i felt that its damage was fine.
idk what they did with nunu, but thats way too complicated.

Yeah, I really enjoy playing Galio too and feel like he's a pretty under appreciated pick but it seems like no one else plays him right now so I'm scratching my head wondering why Riot would change his Q like that.

You are bad at reading, it does more damage now, just slightly more spread over all bounces.

I really don't like the TF's nerf...like he was fine except at the highest level of play. He wasn't even that pubstompy. If they are going to ban TF in all OGN games that's fine, it's not like his kit is super easy like Kha. He was fun to watch...

A few things (because most these changes will not go through).
1. Udyr is changes as is stated in these notes as of live. 2. The number of changes is bizarre. And the Nunu Q Change screams, "unbalanceable".
3. I still dont gain IP ever.

Nunu changes seem really interesting though. Not sure how they will be from a balance perspective but it's neat in theory.

They nerfed Shyvana. That E change guts her dueling quite a bit. And I dont uinderstand why they make her R only move one person now too. Like... Wut?
Why? Honestly, that R change seems like a buff when you consider how inconsistent it is normally at actually moving its target. Also, that E change is still kind of up in the air. It got a damage nerf and lost the armor shred, but now it marks the target " with cinders". We don't really know what that means yet. I dunno, their general philosophy with tooltips has always been change to show more/make more accurate. Changing armor shred to cinders just seems... like they removing onhit effect entirely. Look at half the changes in the patch, they all making tooltip more precise/accurate/easy to understand. The big reason I dont like the change is it hurts Top Shyv a lot, which is what I think Shyvana is better suited for. Means they want to have Shy jungle, which she just not suited for at a competitive level. When discussing it, Scarizard said that her clears were getting "tangentially buffed", so I'm assuming cinders does actually have some sort of meaning. Besides, I can't imagine them actually nerfing Shyvana that hard in the current, struggling state she's already in. http://www.reignofgaming.net/redtracker/topic/93938-morello-shyvana-players-are-dying-to-know-riot-has-any-plans-for-her
So?
Who cares about her clear... her clear already fast. Killing her dueling hurts. Shes not a viable jungler anyway.

I mean, its nice if you don't mind a champ that has one of several traits: 1. Overpowered earlygame. 2. Overpowered lategame. 3. Extreme snowbally nature based on ability to actually consume jungle creeps. (This is potentially the worst part because it basically means nunu has super rigid jungle paths, needs to buff up before fights, etc).

You are bad at reading, it does more damage now, just slightly more spread over all bounces. E does less damage at higher levels. R damage is now 200 per bounce for 800 damage total. It used to be 320 up front, then 160 afterwards for 3 bounces, which adds up to be 800. You get more damage from AP now, but on Zac, you generally don't really itemize AP outside of Haunting Guise/Liandry's and/or Rylai's if you get AP at all. Zac is still new, but from what I've seen from the Asian scene picking Zac, Zac's itemization is mostly tanky with some magic pen. On top of that, having more damage frontloaded onto the first bounce is arguably better since enemies will tend to split. Then on top of that, the tenacity bonus from R is reduced from 75% to 50%.
It's definitely a pretty big nerf overall.
Edited for bad maths

Lux's shield at level 1 is retardedly underrated imo. 80 + AP scaling x 2 that refreshes if the skillshot hits coming back. ugh. Early 2v2 fights between jungler / mid or maybe bot/support with lux is pretty good for her most of the time.
