Cleaver is bad on Nocturne, he has no way to get it stacked quickly and he needs to be tanky. I'm not sure what level you play on where you get away with building Bruta out of jungle without getting kills | ||

Isn't that why everyone stopped playing him S2? Now S3 at least has some snowball items for him. Also it's not that hard to stack BC on a target with him. Ult = 1 stack Follow up auto = 1 stack Q = 1 stack W = 20% AS steroid + passive AS bonus. Combine that with a fear, I feel I can find the 2 more auto's near 100% of the time. I find most times I dive an adc with a BC Noc I not only get full stacks, but kill them (something I found hard in S2, I coudl always get them low but often not kill). At a minimum they will have to run thier ass off and you can peel an adc out of the fight. Also his passive could proc a BC stack on the entire team, although I don't really use it for that prupose. I know BC is prolly not the best, but I have had good luck with it. I <3 it as it gives Noc some needed health, CDR to bring his ult back to pre-nerf c/d, armor shred, armor pen, and everything you could really want. | ||

50 AD, 10% CDR, passive burn for 1500 gold compared to 25 AD, 10% CDR, 10 armor pen for 1337 gold The health and mana regen I call roughly even with the armor from madreds, going to regen you similar amounts as to the reduced damage you take with madreds, solves any mana issues you may have as well. So if you are snowballing, go for elder lizard if you haven't gone back yet. | ||

Although BotRK is pretty funny too, can make it so at high levels his first auto will do a full 15% health. Edit: Also the armor on Madred's is one of the big things I think with J4. Combine that with his lvl 3+ pole, and you take like 0 damage from the jungle, only buff camps and drag/baron will harm you. Edit 2: I guess I like to think of BC from a jungler side as the offensive version of Locket. You get CDR and health on both. Locket provides armor, health regen, and a team shield, whereas BC provides Armor Pen+AD as well as an enemy team armor shred. I tend to build into BC when we are ahead, and Locket when behind. You can ult, another assassin or diver can go in on a squishy while the enemy team is vision limited, you dash to them and kill the squishy. Enemy can't do anything because their peelers and stuff can't see. | ||
