For my tops: Rumble, Shen, Singed, Garen, Gangplank. Rumble: Safest pick. Doesn't have any bad match ups so it's a really good first pick. Shen: Overall can't really go wrong with a Shen pick. Singed: Meh, Singed gon' Singed. Garen: Dude's still super strong, good pick if you've already got a good amount of CC on team and if your silence will come in handy. Gangplank: I <3 GP. | ||

No, there's a planned reduction too, basically every 4th champion release the oldest 6300 becomes a 4800, then every 4th reduction the oldest 4800 is reduced to 3150 additionally. I can't swear about the fact that it's every 4th champion release though. | ||

We talking about solo q or ranked 5? You have a very solid list for Top Laners already. My recommendations are Nidalee (AD and AP), Akali, and Wukong. Nid is fine for solo q and 5s but Akali and Wukong have some bad lanes for solo q usage but they are big assets in arranged plays. | ||

With every 3 or 4 champs somebody from the sub 6300 gets dropped across all tiers. Was looking at the game popularity rankings in Korea (specifically after HotS dropped), and LoL had an insanely overwhelming lead over everything else. I understand that in PC Bangs, koreans get all the champs free correct? Oh and despite HotS coming out and jumping up 10 spots, BW was still played more. That one made me grin. | ||
