Note: I'm a Nocturne Main, Vi/Jarvan minor when it comes to Brutalizer. I haven't tried Ghostblade on Jarvan yet. | ||

We had this discussion before where Bruta -> LW is best for Garens damage and just get BC late game to help shred tanks. I haven't played much Garen since the big nerfs but I used to go Bruta into full tank with LW and BC last | ||

It helps add some damage if you don't trust your team to have a brain. Also the CDR is nice. | ||

I always like BC on him personally, the armor shred is very nice when you dive an ADC, within a couple attacks you are doing damn near true damage. Edit: Basically how I see 10+% CDR on Noc is mainly for his ult. 10% for example brings it to 162/126/90 which brings back basically his pre nerf c/d's of 160/130/100. I always feel like the more you can have a Noc ult up, the more plays you can make. | ||
