No, just lots of people doing math they don't understand, forgetting to take into account burst, item timing, AD scaling abilities allies, and other beneficial interactions, seeing that BotRK as a single item will kill many targets fastest.. when solely auto attacking them from full health and thinking its a must buy first item. Its good, but not that good.

Or who got so many buffs that eventually they got pretty good. Also Quinn's kit doesn't look good on paper. I dunno if your post was in reference to Quinn at all and I would agree that it's still too early to tell if she's good or bad but several people, myself included, said that her kit seems bad for an AD carry and thus far it seems to be true. Maybe she's good in a solo lane or maybe people just don't know how to play her yet but her kit and what I've seen of her leads me to believe she's not that great. Also Riven and Rengar at least got more than just animation changes they got straight buffs too lol. I actually think Quinn is weak and yes, my post was in reference to that.

I feel rushing it is overall solid, but it can be dealt with by not building as much health. Building it as a reactionary item seems fair enough. Also, make it cost more for god's sake.

Those champions were weak on release because of their animations or gameplay that did make them legitimately weak. Their kit on paper was overall strong. Notice that on release, all of those champions had something in common: their kit would make them move and combo extremely clunky due to their "self stun". Renekton actually suffers this as well in his w but he's just so well rounded in his overall kit that it doesn't make as much of a difference. I think you're too hasty to call those animation issues the CAUSE of those champs being weak. While I can't necessarily speak as easily to the Rengar/Riven examples, I know that Navi already more or less was abusing the hell out of Riven to raise rating before the hotfix. She was extremely powerful before the hotfix came into play and people legitimately just didn't notice because they weren't playing her right.

Also I since I am fairly new, is this actionism style of patching new or has it always been that way? They nerfed warmogs regen from 1,5% to 1% this patch, which makes no sense to me, when the resistance items being bad compared to health items is the real problem. hell, its not even a problem lol. I kinda like Blizzards style of patching more, making little, semi-thoughtout changes (exept bunker changes ofc :D).

I see Ezreals and Caitlyns getting it, even with a Bloodthirster already... That's just so bad. Also Vi definitely had animation issues, the E animation was even worse than Trundle's Q. The Q buff was a nice QoL change as well, but her kit ended up being too strong(It's still the correct move to buff the animations of course, and adjust elsewhere).

Edit: just saw the discussion abotu bortk being a good item. I guess my discussion is irrelevant if you think it's bad.

I seem to remember people saying he was garbage during the first time of his release, and then people tried building ap rengar, having mixed success. Then they announced they were buffing his q, right after everyone said max q and he is fine. Then when the buff went through, he was just retarded. iunno though. He was a mess to sort out is all I can remember.

For an item that is so core, it feels extremely cheap. It should be more of an investment if it is so core on every bruiser. Either increase the cost, or make it farmable for the max health. Something like +800 flat health, and then you need to farm the rest of it, like season two.

Especially if your skills have AD ratios. ADCs generally cannot afford to buy utility over dps and it's very very weak at finishing people off.
