Toxic Shot Fixed: Poison damage now works correctly at higher Attack Speeds occured this bug again? Was fixed ages ago or am I wrong? | ||

Twitch has the steroids (Passive, Q, R) to keep his relevancy in the game if he falls behind. His range is prohibitive of allowing him to initiate a skirmish if he happens to be behind, but he still does good damage when you're protected in the back of your team attacking their front line. + the element of surprise never hurts. Twitch needs a support that can protect him because of his lack of repositioning. I think that's more the reason why he's not played much. | ||

His super strong non-skill shot instant team wide super slow got turned into a piece of garbage and his cloak spell got gutted for some mediocre buffs (and other small nerfs) when he was already a poor champion, no surprise he's garbage now. | ||

He was a nightmare in testing and so hard to balance right. He's in an interesting spot right now, but he really needs team co-ordination around him rather than the brainless Corki/Ez/Graves play where you can almost play the lane yourself with your support just showing presence for you and not needing to actually be good. As Neo has said, there's no real will to experiment with him in the pro-scene. Too much fear over the Regionals and Worlds. I personally feel that teams should be experimenting like mad scientists in order to get as much of an edge that they can to win. But I guess the scene is not mature enough for that to happen yet. | ||

 AP Rengar seems like AP sion. Run up to someone, nuke the snot out of them, back off before they can properly trade with you. Later on, you get dfg, stealth into a teamfight, attempt to oneshot the carry, and back off. | ||

You effectively restore 15% hp trading and continue doing so for harassment, later the damage build up is good enough to nuke carries. You're more a pure assassin than a bruiser and should focus on isolation. It's pretty legit. | ||

Meanwhile, @ AP Rengarland, I bet Riot's going to nerf the AP ratio to like 0.6, instead of nerfing it to like 0.9 (Like Sion, who does basically the same thing with the "1-2-outofburst.) and still leave AP as an option. Sion even was "supposed" to be a melee champ. Let some emergent behavior fly, Riot. Please? | ||

Not really seeing why you think steroids help keep him relevant (pretty much every ranged AD that isn't Ashe has one... even Cait has her passive)? Yeah his ult is nice, but if you have to burn to even be the slighest bit relevant, that's a problem. His inability to reposition himself is the reason why if he falls behind he's really bad. If you get in a dicey situation, it is pretty hard to get out if they have an oracles/vision ward, and given how close you have to be without your ult, that happens pretty often. | ||

I think the logic behind it goes that Rengar has a 1.0 AP ratio on W which is refreshable so basically he has a 2.0 AP ratio skill. Combine with DFG rush and he can throw down some really scary burst. | ||
