Neo, you'll agree with that rite?! the regionals are probably pretty boring first 2 most likely CLG m5 after that there are some contenders sk (were really strong in poland) curse fnatic maybe acer (I dont know their trees so cant say against who they play early on). Alternate and Elohell wont do much most likely. | ||

I think her burst is really strong and could understand if she does her full combo in a little 2v2 or 3v3 skirmish but cringe whenever my midplayer cries op after going 0:4 because people are not able to dodge her Q 1v1 unless you are melee. Srsly people should play her and see that if you know how her Q works, it should almost never hit you in lane in a 1v1. thats my opinion. Whenever someone firstpicks diana now I pick a ranged ap and take ad runes and fuck her so hard pre 6. Ziggs is pretty good tbh haha. Ad runes+passive= some nice auto attacks. | ||

Her full burst is pretty silly when she builds pure AP, but I don't think it's significantly out of line compared to some of the other assassins/burst champs out there. | ||

I think it is and I think Diana is too strong + ban her because: her burst is insane but that would be true for other similar champs the difference is Diana can easily farm/you cant stop her from farming that is the big difference. | ||

Being in melee range helps Diana since around 550 range, her crescent is at its largest. It actually makes it easier for Diana to hit you with the skill. At levels 1-4, she can't really deal with autoattack harass too well but at levels 5+, it's somewhat dangerous to try since her Q hits so hard. After she gets double dorans, it's rather difficult for most people to trade with the damage she can put out, especially since getting hit by a Q opens the door to getting combo'd. I really think that she's pretty close to being balanced. It's just the scaling on her Q/Passive and the base damage on her passive that gets out of line. 0.8 scaling on an AoE skillshot is on the strong side. The only thing I can think of that's stronger is viktor's E with augment which is arguably easier to see coming and dodge in typical laning scenarios. Going dropping her frontloaded burst down from 3.2 to 3.0 scaling overall and ~5-10 less base damage per passive proc at level 6 isn't going to make her unviable, it'll just bring her in line with most other mages. | ||

Not only that, but the fact that she can't disengage means that when she builds pure AP, she absolutely needs to kill or severely damage the enemy backline when she dives in. If you compare to other assassins like Kassadin or Akali, they all have ways to disengage from fights. Diana has none of that. If you hit her front-loaded burst, then you risk making her unviable because unlike Kassadin or Akali, she can't just disengage from the fight to wait out her cds or let the enemy shift focus to finish off targets. If she doesn't finish off her target, she's fucked. AP Diana relies on her high front-loaded burst to be any useful at all. If I were to nerf Diana, I'd change the AP ratio on her shield to 0.3 or 0.35, but up the base shield strength by 5~10. I do agree her passive is a bit too strong and should probably be at like 0.5 ratio. | ||
