I don't know about Dominion. But if you want to maximize your gain on summoner's rift you should be playing ranked games according to the LoL-wiki: http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Boost
The boost is constant depending only on the type of match (custom, ranked, normal, coop vs ai).

Yeah. I don't watch streams because players are good, I watch them because they're entertaining. I watch Saint because he cracks me up. What do you do when you win your lane super early? We had two top for some amusing reason and got 4 kills and a tower by the 7 minute mark, then kinda just wandered around. Should you keep pushing top?

There isn't much you can do if you take a early tower other than roam into the other lanes and help out, force a dragon, or just counterjungle. The lane will push back eventually top and someone will have to go back to farm

Alex Ich runs around in enemy jungle as Olaf with less than 250 health for about 5 minutes, kills 5 people, gets 4 assists, and never dies, never heals, and never backs.

the most important thing to having a lot of stream viewers is already having a lot of stream viewers. No other factor has as large an impact as inertia. If people are not already used to watching you, they won't click your name.

Jungle changes were reverted on PBE, it's unlikely you'll see them on live.
Speaking of PBE it has full spectator mode enabled and you can try it out, directed camera and all. It's a bit buggy, occasionally my mouse gets trapped in a weird way, the directed camera will choose to watch people csing and catch someone dying from a gank 0.5 seconds before he dies, and the games themselves are terrible to watch because everyone on the PBE leaves like it's a war3 custom match.
Other than that it seems ok, though spectating kind of makes me dizzy.
