Someone got some Rumble pointers, cant seem to win with him ever. Lasthitting with him is so much harder then any other solo top for me :s must be doing something wrong Yeah me too, I always end up super underfarmed. I dunno, maybe I always get counterpicked or something but every time I tried him I just... meh. If they smart they just dance around you and the vast majority of your damage useless. i fp rumble all the time. counterpick dont mean shit with rumble. if youre better you will crush your lane and snowball. not sure what you mean by dance around you. fire is not something you can dodge lol.
if you want replays of me pooping on 2k nubs with rumble pm me.

Again, detectors detect up cliffs, through walls, and behind trees in SC as well, provided a unit is giving vision on the other side.

Is this worth changing? Seems to me it's make Baron clearing and stuff much too easy and encourage ward spam but idk. Haven't actually thought about it. The biggest possible consequence I can think of is that it might affect the Blue/Purple balance quite a bit, as an oracle's holder could clean wards inside the baron pit by standing on the other side of the wall, and tossing a green ward inside the pit to give vision.

That's not such a big deal, might aswell toss a pinky in it and clear it the same way.

Eh, I've come to terms with the fact that I suck at Rumble. I stick to Riven, Shyvana, and Olaf.

Same way someone with Oracles standing outside a bush and his ally standing inside a bush with an enemy ward in it wont reveal the ward because the person with Oracle doesnt have vision of it. TBH I can understand why someone would think otherwise--Riot broke with convention established in other RTS games and in DotA (if you have a Missile Turret or Photon Cannon on low ground, it can detect on high ground if other units give it vision, even though the Turret/Cannon itself doesn't have vision on the high ground). It's another one of those little things that Riot changed from convention for no really discernible reason, as the effect it has on gameplay is fairly minor. I don't like it as well but I think the reason is again "simplicity". Cliffs, Trees, Walls... they are all the same thing in LoL while in DOTA they are very different kind of barriers.
they arent completely the same. smaller walls offer ways to move through them as some op heroes. but ye, they are all basically the same.
champs with mobility too stronk ;/

Cf. spots where Nautilus Q goes through the wall instead of hooking you to it.

High ground gives vision to low ground but not the other way around in SC2. So dividing something by high/low or a wall is a huge difference while in lol it doesn't matter at all. So I would disagree. This entire mechanic is not present in lol. Cliffs are thin walls and there is no high/low ground in lol despite some sort of graphics that might make you believe otherwise.
EDIT: Sorry messed up the quotes -.-

Why is viewers from SV stream seems much lower than before IPL4. I though the second place at IPL was pretty good? They would have won the whole thing in another day.
|
Cause TSM got 1st, and they're the ones getting the most viewership right now. 7-15k easy, 20 even

is there a way to know when will the buff pop out again after its being taken? I mean specific timing not just by looking at minimap
blue buff red buff dragon baron and neutral creeps

CLG for a while was not streaming consistently, during which their viewers latched onto other channels. If they keep consistently streaming for a while their viewers will come back. TSM numbers are so high because you can count on them being on every single day. In a similar way, that's one of the reasons Guardsman Bob's numbers stay so high as well.

blue buff red buff dragon baron and neutral creeps Buff camps spawn 5 minutes after clear Dragon 6 Baron 7
Netral camps spawn every 5 seconds (NOT REALLY BUT IT SURE FEELS THAT WAY)

Blue and red respawn after five minutes, dragon six, and Baron seven.
Golems and Wolves respawn after a minute, and wraiths are 50 seconds.

blue buff red buff dragon baron and neutral creeps Wherever the enemy starts: 7:15 ish for the buff camp respawn, with the second buff being ~ a minute after.

I think you mean 7:55 (actually they could never kill it in 0 seconds, so 2nd blue/red is usually at around 8:00)

1:55 + 5:00 = 6:55
