It is a disadvantage to be melee, and yet compared to most other melees he has far higher damage, sustain, and utility. He gets a 200 damage shield and 30 armor for 5 seconds on an 8 second cooldown. That compares favorably with just about every other non ult defensive steroid in the game when you take into consideration he can put the shield on others and he gets a dash. Not to mention he is almost always at full health since he vamps up to full ridiculously fast. I am not saying he is ridiculously OP, just that he has very few disadvantages as a pick compared to almost every other melee champ in the game. Comparing him to non melee champs or APs isn't reasonable since they are filling different roles. | ||

The very fact that Jarvan went from being "OP" to being just fine where he is proves that you can balance high utility by tuning the power level of all the abilities appropriately. High utility is not an intractable balance issue. | ||

Like lee's 25 armour buff is only when you activate the second w and that's usually a whiile nito the fight since double q and doouble e and w use all your energy until you use passive to get it back. Lee sin is not really a must pick or ban status in competitive games or solo queue frmo my expierence. sure he's a really strong champion but you seem to be listing all this stuff as making him one of the best tanks in the game? Please. It's nothing compared to mundo ult or udyr shield because lee runs out of energy fast. | ||

He is really strong sure, but I don't think he does anything significant'y better than any other champion. Several melee champs have those things but better... For example Olaf does more damage (both burst and over time), has a slow, and has better sustain. Riven has similar mobility, has consistent AoE damage, and flat out kills things better. Warwick has better sustain, by nature of his lifesteal is better at trading, and has some pretty big utility/damage in his ult. He does many things well... and is a strong pick by the nature of if you play it right you can realistically win any matchup (aside from maybe Olaf... his damage just isn't there). But I don't think he is some kind of force that auto wins games. | ||

Suffice to say, it's the easy solution for Own3d and it makes them look better to the ad company (or perspective companies) if they're showing the ad that much more, even if they aren't charging or paying out much extra for the consecutive views. | ||
