There is no situation Lee Singa is bad in. All around annoyance.

Talon is a fantastically frustrating AD assassin that kills squishies in 1 second after level 5, but does nothing to bruisers and has limited escape if things go bad.

Magic Pen you get if you consistantly play mages.

Seems simple to me. If you're a mage, runes. If you want all around amazing hero, Lee Singa. If you're an evil mofo, Talon.

I'm From Canada, so they think I'm slow, eh?

I think lee is the best designed character personally although imo his numbers have been off ever since the first post-release buff. he's just such a joy to learn about and once you've got most of the tricks down he's infinitely replayable. He has a million build paths and they all play differently and are fun and are viable.

I think it's fairly obvious that Lulu has an extremely strong early game as almost any role. The only downside is that she doesn't really scale fantastically into the late game as a carry, since she only has two damage abilities, with less than fantastic ratios. (And only her passive for an AD steroid, which she can apply to the AD carry anyway.)

Idk, I like lee sin's kit but it just seems unfair the amount of useful things he has.

- sustain + free armor/shield defensive buff
- obscene ms and as slow
- maybe the best short range mobility in the game
- displacement CC

So I guess his weakness is like, not the best scaling?
I liked that they nerfed his passive, but I didn't like the damage scaling nerf. I would prefer they just remove one of the above mechanics. No one champ should get that much utility.

Personally I hope they get rid of the attack speed slow. It is so wtf on a champ with that much damage and sustain. It would give champs who depend on autos for damage a chance against him. Maybe remove the armor buff as well. How is it not good enough to just get life steal and spell vamp from the second part of w?

Those changes wouldn't affect his feel imo (though I don't play him, let me know if I am wrong about that). I would prefer they remove those compared to further damage nerfs.

His weakness is that he's a melee without any real tank steriods. If you look at his ratios, his scaling is actually great. Being a melee is a huge fucking disadvantage some people don't seem to appreciate it.

The only way I can imagine he managed that creep score is by taking both wraith camps every time they spawned. There aren't actually that many minions in the lane by 36 minutes...

I dunno, his tank scaling isn't really any worse than jarvan's. As far as balance, personally I feel they've nerfed everything but his sustain down to about where it should be.

It seems to me "does everything" characters aren't necessarily problematic, just likely to be because they're harder to balance that way, to the point making heroes like this might not really be worth the resources required for riot. But that doesn't mean it's impossible, so I think it's a mistake to argue he must have a weakness in order to be fair.

If you push out creep waves cleanly, and farm big waves as they come back to your side of the map, you'll get more farm than if you just farmed a single lane. If he pushed his creep wave mid up far enough, the amount of enemy creeps that died while he was gone would be less than the creeps he'd farm while in a sidelane.

Pushing waves cleanly makes you lose a fairly minimal number of creeps even when you leave the lane (only a wave or two when creep pressure is turning around at the enemy tower), since when the enemy creep wave is built up enough, very few of it's creeps will die on the way back to your side of the map. It's when you shove lanes half-heartedly and don't push them as far as they can go when you actually waste a lot of creeps--if you only push the creep wave to the river, your side's creep wave has to kill potentially like 3 more waves of creeps before reaching the enemy tower--and nobody is getting XP or gold for those creeps.

This is how farm differences really build up mid-lategame. Farming is fairly mechanically trivial at that stage. The further out a team can safely push it's creep waves, the less farm they waste while their creep waves are on the way to an enemy tower.

Jarvan isn't an example of a melee champ who has been played extensively in the last 6 months or so in competitive play, so that argument isn't really valid. Get all the melees who are regularly played and the large majority are extremely tanky. AT LEAST the junglers are tops get away with more damage often.

I count 30 free armor as a tank ratio. I count lowering attack speed of opponents as a tank ability. I count a free shield as a tank ability.

But that's just me. It's kinda like saying Ashe doesn't have any CC saying that Lee Singa doesn't have tanking skills to me.
