Reason for Kog is he scales with ASPD due to W doing % damage. Reason for Vayne is because her ulti gives her bonus AD and she also scales with ASPD due to silver bolts. | ||

Without Bloodthirster, people can just turn and fight you. Whereas with Kog they're slowed/already low, and they have to run, and PD helps with chasing. Just to throw in my $0.02, Vayne has the worst base defensive stats out of all the range ADs. PD first gives you a lot of mobility, but that matters little when everyone and their pet has a slow in this game and then you get instagibbed. And in a 1v1, you want raw damage since due to stutterstep micro you're unlikely to fully take advantage of your AS. Q instantly resets your autoattacks anyway, and at lvl 9 is a 50% damage steroid. Koggles can take advantage of his surprisingly high base hp (highest out of all the range ADs lvl 1, and better armour several of them) and has 710 range with W so he can park himself somewhere and right click people and gets a slow field to help peel. | ||
