The tip is to play with your range and positioning so that you Q him while his shield is down (or almost), lest you lose too much mana w/o hurting him too badly. | ||

I can play other things top lane too but its just normally when i get top it's because i'm first pick and udyr can't really be counterpicked so it's the best choice. | ||
