Leona feels like she should be some sort of high dmger in the game not a support but her output damage is so low that she spretty much forced tank support
for karma she doesn't have an ult which feels disapointing.
Poppy... Her laning phase bores the hell out of me.

I can confirm it. Disconnected champions will sit at the fountain instead of being gone. It doesn't make a big difference anyways. In a 4v5 when the enemy team has a fed Karthus, you don't really expect to win.

As far as the boring thing goes, I thought Udyr would be really boring (only autos, all day), but stance dancing and being a fucking boss 1v1 and in teamfights is hella fun.
Cait is boring to me. Set traps, farm forever, ult low squishies.

Champions that are not connected should have a 9999 boost to all defenses as soon as they reach the fountain.

The truth is that champions should be invulnerable while disconnecting in fountain.
You could do that in DotA, why not here?

they die in 1 qw so no way that there's 9999 mr

Is tank cassiopia really viable? The TSM scrim vs SK had a Cass building durability to good effect vs Regi leblanc and now Regi is going Wota Warmog Cass and was able to survive a team fight pretty well. Just tuned in and it seemed like he lost the lane to Loci so Regi wasn't fed.

I think the TSM v. SK thing was a unique case. In that game, Kennen and Singed were both really underwhelming in terms of farm and thus damage/survivability. The only people who could hurt Cassio was LB and Graves. Graves couldn't even get close to cassio or he'd be blown up. So by building magic resist against literally the only person on TSM's team who could hurt him, Ocelot was able to survive LB's initial combo (which is basically all LB can do in a fight) and win engagements that way.
If the two teams were even, I highly doubt it would be that effective.

that's how Regi/TSM thinks how Cass should be built
The least tanky build they do is triple doran rings into Rylais.
The Rain Man basically spammed Cassiopeia games to get rank 1 at the start of Season 2, then he told Regi to build triple doran into Banshee or Rylais. And Regi, who previously thought Cassiopeia was terrible because he went Deathcap first, suddenly was like, holy shit this champion is OP.
that's the story behind it though, Ocelote just had that build to counter Kennen + LB
Anyways, that's pretty much how you're supposed to build her unless you're just trolling for fun.
