You're not telling us the whole story and you MAY BE using profanity and prejudice statements to incriminate yourself, possibly even working around the language filter with tricks. In my experience you don't get in any trouble for being angry even so yea no clue. I never use racial slurs, but have called people dicks or assholes fairly infrequently.
I really don't know how you manage to do it.
What I do, frequently since 6+ months:

"Eh, 2 Lee ganks in a row top, if I don't get help soon I'll be zoned and won't be able to turn it" ---> If anyone throws a LOL TOP LOSING SO HARD FUCKING FEEDER in my direction they get their "Uh... I think I asked for jungle help about 15 mins ago. dno why I'm being ignored."
What I don't do: -afk -"feed" as in, I might end 1-5-2 but rarely 0-5-0 or even worse. If I do it was usually our entire team with those stats. -flame early, as in, when it's 5-20 and I feel like playing with braindead monkeys, then I'm likely to enjoy the rage of tilt but before that I'm usually the guy who is like "chill, we got this" / "shhh... it will be fine... there will be milk & cookies!!1" etc. pp.
Does any of that help?

The tournament is a 32 team single elimination tournament each round played as a best of three, the rosters will be 3 permanent members with up to 4 subs. I am using http://sites.google.com/site/leagueopen/ as the location for team pages, brackets and rules. Thank you if any 1800+ team is looking for a support player id be interested in playing. play during aussie hours though @sethrakill, can you give a certain timeframe when the tourney will run? If it's an hour we can make it might be enough to awaken the scary european powers of [NYAN] and we will find ways to teach how world will end. Riot's required number of teams is 8, I want to start a week after having met that goal. I have 3 teams registered and am filling in details to another, so I believe that having the 1st set of eligible matches in the 1st week of February is a realistic projection. For the week to week rounds I was planning on allowing captains set their match times, because I am not going to stream matches. If needed I, or whatever staff volunteers, will intervene to resolve the issue
Ehrm... I meant like... time of the day. Like. The actual TIME. Sorry for not making this clear. =P

Ionic Spark + ranged AD mid, good free harass on enemy AP? Or does the lightning range start from you? Never tried that item. If it would start chaining from the creep you hit mmmm.
|
I usually mutter to myself about how retardedly bad my teammates are instead of typing it out to them. Works fairly well for me. Also if someone really starts to throw insults at me I go like -' yeah bro, I'm so noob '. Most people stop there since they are expecting me to retort back, not agree with them. If they persist ignore all is your best friend anyway.

It seems a fairly expensive item for what it gives and its passive doesn't sound all that great to me since for most champions there are other far more important items they need to get.

Yea, maybe some slow junglers like Shen could benefit from building it.

Oh and, about Ionic spark..
Ionic Spark: +50% attack speed +250 health Passive: Every fourth basic attack unleashes a chain lightning, dealing 110 magic damage to up to 4 targets. (400 Bounce Range) Item cost: 2300g (775g)
Wit's End: +40% attack speed +30 magic resistance Passive: Your basic attacks deal 42 bonus magic damage and you gain +5 magic resistance for 5 seconds (maximum 4 stacks). Item cost: 2000g (550g)
-Ionic Spark scales harder with AS (the mres has a cap, the dmg doesn't) -Both give a defensive stat, either +250 health or 30-50 mres. -Both cost roughly the same (300 gold diff, Ionic Spark has slightly more AS)
When do we want which on who? (I'd definitly vote for Spark on stuff like Teemo and erh... Vayne usually has no MPen, I can see it working on Kog. Guys like Skarner, Udyr or Irelia could like it but, again, usually no mpen and resists are awesum on those guys.)
Edit: Anyone got an example about what 400 range is exactly? I know it's shorter than most (?) ranged autos but I got no skillshot example in mind.

I just keep all my rage on stream, and type random positive bullshit to keep people calm and submissive
For IS, is the 400 range from the target hit that procs it or from you?

For IS, is the 400 range from the target hit that procs it or from you? I think it's the bounce range. So when you hit one target, it can bounce to a target 400 range away.

Whats wrong with being really good at both? It's the cause of the balance issues. If they made him just a mage, they could do away from the 2-shoting and give him a useful e/ult, whereas if they made him an AD they could nerf his ult but make his QW more usable. Or you could just burst his shield down and make him useless if he goes magic, or drop an ignite on him if he goes ad. Nothing is wrong with the way he is designed really. He has a very different feel from any other champ in the game, which is a good thing.
Semi related topic, but they REALLY need to add more itemized healing debuffs into the game. Nothin more annoying than not being able to kill someone because they have 75% lifesteal and your team's ignite is down.

But we have that amazingly cost efficient executioner's blade!

Ionic Spark is pretty amusing on Shyvana, since auto+Q is three hits it hits during just about every trade. I don't know how the mechanic works with dragon form Q; I only have Shyvana on test realm and the creeps always die so fast D: I guess I can just test more carefully if they put it back on the PBE
force pulse (Kass E) is 400 range btw

honestly, i see ionic spark as being what tiamat wishes it could be

And screw it- but one more COMPLETELY unrelated topic:
Nothing makes you feel dirtier than running the following rune set up on GP:
Crit chance reds, armor yellows, mr/lvl blues, armpen quints. 12.4% crit at level 1 with the masteries. Its essentially the equivalent of the Korean 4 warpgate in base shenanigans from very early beta. It literally cannot fail.
Its guaranteed first blood. I had 4 crits and first blood on the riven I was against by the time I had hit level 3. Shit is just unfair. It doesnt even matter if they open cloth 5. You just rip through them with the crits.

regarding the new ninja tabi - its supposed to reduce damage from all basic attacks. But it doesn't reduce true damage from vayne/irelia etc does it?
|
the true damage is off a skill, not a "Basic attack" so i would say no, tabi doesn't reduce that

i can tell you for sure that it's not supposed to. 20 stack leviathan has a similar damage reduction that did reduce true dmg, but was patched out when riot figured it out, so presumably true dmg isn't supposed to be affected by such things.

Ionic spark when you want to shoot fucking lightning. Wit's end if you already have tons of HP, Ionic when you could use more HP and want more dmg(AoE bounce). Gonna be fun finishing enemies off who think they're safe with the aoe because of dumb teammates. Does poppies passive still reduce true damage? I think at one point it used to reduce ignite damage.

Upon some thought, Ezreal Q applying IS.Poking with Ezreal. Now with aoe.
Volibear with IS. Because he needs more lightning.

I still don't see most champions building Ionic spark tbh. AD carries won't, they have better items to get. Bruisers like udyr & irelia primarily like resists since they have shield or turtles stance/hiten style or they have other more important items which give them HP anyway atmogs, HoG etc. Also most bruisers primarily want to stick to the other team's carry and single target damage from wit's is just better than AOE every 4 hits from IS. Maybe Im missing something?
