The two best candidates for this are probably AD TF and Vayne.
I think it'll be much better on SR than on Dominion, because its boost to farming ability is much more valuable on SR than on Dominion. Perhaps Ezreal to a lesser extent? He needs farming power like nobody else, but he already gets a lot of attack speed from his passive.

It could help AP Ez's farming ability and he could sell it later on in the game if he wants it. Till then the attackspeed coupled with his passive can benefit him.

0 stack Cho and Urgot are both considered as large objects for the purpose of hitbox determination. As Cho gains stacks though, this is no longer true. For those interested, the game has 9 hitbox frameworks it uses. Small (Yordles+Annie), Medium (almost everyone and all humans), Large (big guys) and 6 custom hitboxes for Cho'gath with Stacks. There are slight deviations depending on the champion, but they are all based on the same templates. Your knowledge is astounding. Thanks!

I just wrote to Riot tech support with a plea to refund me Volibear. God how bad that champ is. Anyone had luck with refunding already?

So I'm guessing one of those Cho'Gath hitboxes applies to Shyvana in dragon mode?
Ionic Spark seems fun but I can't imagine it getting built too much more often than SotD did. It doesn't give you increased crit chance so there seems to be little reason to build it on auto-attackers that don't synchronize with the passive.

Sion is so dumb. Whittled his shield down to like 1 spec and hes still able to clear a wave with it.
Shit needs to be nerfed. >.>

The last 3 games I played have been nonstop lag and disconnects.

Thats my point, its kinda dumb. Should do diminished damage the weaker the shield gets.

Recently Riot has cntacted me with the good news that they are willing on contributing the following prizes, if I meet a registered teams stipulation. 1st place: $15 RP + Triumphant Ryze + Champion Skin Bundle (whatever the next release will be) per player 2nd place: $15 RP 3rd place: $10 RP 4th place: $5 RP per player Once again I'd like to announce that I am accepting teams to register at sethrakill@gmail.com. The tournament is a 32 team single elimination tournament each round played as a best of three, the rosters will be 3 permanent members with up to 4 subs. I am using http://sites.google.com/site/leagueopen/ as the location for team pages, brackets and rules. Thank you if any 1800+ team is looking for a support player id be interested in playing. play during aussie hours though @sethrakill, can you give a certain timeframe when the tourney will run? If it's an hour we can make it might be enough to awaken the scary european powers of [NYAN] and we will find ways to teach how world will end. Riot's required number of teams is 8, I want to start a week after having met that goal. I have 3 teams registered and am filling in details to another, so I believe that having the 1st set of eligible matches in the 1st week of February is a realistic projection.
For the week to week rounds I was planning on allowing captains set their match times, because I am not going to stream matches. If needed I, or whatever staff volunteers, will intervene to resolve the issue

He would be terrible in that case. As it he's just too binary, you either don't kill the shield and you just wasted all your damage and he 2-shots you, or you break it and he does 0 damage.

They need to make a choice to kill Sion as either an AP or an AD and then redesign his kit appropriately.

Custom games now need a minimum of two players. Does this mean I need a friend to practice my CSing?

The servers have been relatively stable for the past few months, but this used to be a kind of common occurrence when instability was a big issue. The requirement should be gone soon enough.

If they made him just a mage, they could do away from the 2-shoting and give him a useful e/ult, whereas if they made him an AD they could nerf his ult but make his QW more usable.
