Want to rage about your latest loss? Use the QQ thread. If you whine in GD, you'll get warned. ===== + Show Spoiler +If your [Stream] thread was moved to the general TL Stream subforum (aka SC stream land), find your thread and PM it to me and I'll move it back to LoL territory. I can argue with staff that moving a non-SC thread into a SC subforum is just asking for that thread to get buried.

Ahri is crazy powerful in duels or 1v1 situations.
When her ult is up, she can probably healthbar you with her full combo.
If her ult is not up, she's not all that scary.
Exploding heart attack though is reealllly obnoxious and is probably her biggest contribution to team fights. Just like if you get hit with morgana binding during the "skirmish" phase before a major fight, you will instantly get jumped on and exploded. If you get hit with charm before a teamfight, you will just derpwalk into the enemy team and get jumped in the process.

I think im just a bad player though, i went mid lane vs him as Kennen. We traded equally, dominated him pre level 5 but then he started to push like hell and i couldn't get close cus of that cone, hit him with a Q just take 75 percent of his shield away, QQ T.T For most people vs Morde you just have to zone the crap out of him and make his life as miserable as possible before he gets enough levels to become unstoppable.

Is there a limitation on the number of people you can report in one game? I seem to have recurring bugs where I can report somebody, get the pop-up telling me an email has been sent, but the "report" button doesn't gray out and I'm able to report again, so I guess it didn't work.

On the subject of Rammus, one of the things about him is that his ult does a ton of fucking damage:
Here's Tremors' raw numbers (per target):
Maximum Magic Damage: 520 / 1040 / 1560 (+2.40 per ability power) over 8 seconds
And some other best-case numbers:
Death Lotus: 500 / 650 / 800 (+5 Bonus AD, +2.5 per ability power) (To 3 targets over 3 seconds) Crowstorm: 625 / 1125 / 1625 (+2.25 per ability power) (over 5 seconds) The Equalizer: 750 / 925 / 1200 (+1.5 per ability power) (over 5 seconds) Soul Shackle: 350 / 500 / 650 (+1.6 per ability power), 1 or 2 hits over 3 seconds Slicing Maelstrom: 240 / 435 / 630 (+1.2 per ability power), maximum 2 / 3.33 / 5 targets over ? seconds
While you might not get caught in Tremors for its full 8 second duration terribly often, its total damage is right up there with a lot of the beefier AoE ultimates in the game. And it hits structures! And its cooldown is almost nonexistent! With a cooldown of 36 seconds at the 40% CDR mark that's incredibly powerful for Rammus anyways, you can use it for a teamfight and have it again for whatever objective you go after next.
Conclusion? Rammus OP.

except doesn't MR reduce that amount by a ton?

Too bad they gave Rammus' passive to Galio
Also you forgot Nunu's ult. It has a max damage of 1125 with a 2.5 AP ratio.

The same could be said for every single type of damage (except for true) in the game
|
True damage is alright on autoattackers because there are items that lower attack speed. On casters it's dumb, unless Riot releases some item that reduces all surrounding enemy's CDR, or an item with an active silence or something. You know a mechanic is stupid if nothing can really counter it.

From a topic about creating the perfect champion
First off, all good champions need to be able to move fast. We give him an ability that allows him to have by far the highest mobility in the game and be able to travel across the map faster than preseason1 Twisted Fate.
Secondly, we need to make him tanky. Real tanky. Basically an Alistar ult on 10 second cooldown. Oh, also let if deflect back attacks so that it completely melts the attacker and lets him farm like a boss.
Third ability? Well... he still needs cc. Let's give him the best form of cc in the game in the form of a taunt. And let's also make it have the longest duration of any CC in the game.
This guy still needs to damage... Well I guess we can just give him an absurdly high damage ability for an ult... A lot of champions have that already? Oh geez I guess make it AoE. Alot of champions have that too? Well just give it one of the shortest cooldowns in the game. Still missing the Xfactor which has it scream "I AM GOD"? Hm... OH DANG lets have it damage towers too. Now he's really god.
Still needs base ad DPS though... Meh, how about a passive that just gives him a free BF Sword, and let him break 300 AD by building only defense.
What do you think guys? Is there any way possible to make this champion even more OP? Can he be expected to easily win games 4v5, or even 3v5?

Three words: global autoattack range.

That champion sounds a lot like a champion already in the League...

Rammus is great for people who never invest in cleanse or QSS. Which is the majority of the playerbase so Rammus is strong. However, when people invest in either of these abilities Rammus becomes fairly meh except for powerballing into folks to mess with them. I think people are just being abit silly complaining about Rammus. He's always been a good pick but people just stopped playing him in favour of amumu and now he's back in favour and everyone makes fun of Amumu. *shrug*

Cleanse is still unpopular at lower elos, but higher elos are already having carries switch to cleanse.
Amumu's crappy because he has no map presence until he hits 6. It's not even like WW who can hardly gank 'til he hits 6; WW can at least hold and control his jungle. Amumu can do absolutely nothing until he gets a decent amount of levels and farm. His ult is very stron for fights, but against a good team Amumu and his team is never going to reach midgame without being extremely behind. Just watch any recent tournament game with Amumu.

Well, you can dodge a skill shot spell, especially on the return half of the spell.

it might be a problem if it wasn't supper easy to doge, but as it is unless you are cc'ed in some way it should like never hit you with the true dmg part. on a point and click skill or one with a large aoe it could be a problem but as a slow moving skill shot i think it is fine.

How do you report somebody being REALLY mad in post game team chat ? Is there a mail to contact directly Riot (EUW) ?

Amumu doesn't have to be six to gank. I've never understood this. Early on a well placed bandage toss(you can't dodge a bandage you are not expecting) can net kills its just harder then powerball taunt so people go for the easier. Ignoring this, Plenty of ways to deal with rammus in lane phase the biggest being simply stoping him from hitting you as almost every champion has a slow/root/cc of some kind to walk away. Or they just walk away really quickly. I dunno I think he's strong but only in the way that almost every other strong jungler is strong. *shrug* I am blaming this on Saint, he play too much rammus now everyone think rammus super strong when instead many hero's super strong.
|
You can't "walk away really quickly" from Rammus. And unless you have hard CC you're going to get flash taunted. Rammus always had some of the best ganks out of any jungler, he was just overlooked a lot in favor of more fashionable junglers.
|
Best part about Rammus is that he doesn't require that much skill to play very well - powerballing into someone and pressing E on their carry isn't really hard.
