If you exhaust him he just ults and runs away, or ults and gets 2 assists to get his ult off CD so he can keep killing. I think it's more about blowing him up and stunning him out of his W (like any assassin). It was some impressive play, and I'm glad goose wasn't so stupid that after getting poked down at the turret they let it happen again. Instead when even a fight was possible, they dived in before they could be poked down low. It was a good game. I think MiG thought they had an advantage from early turrets but failed to understand that this isn't terrible solo queue, and they'd lose out on more minion gold and experience. Also chauster doesn't like to fight, so he isn't the best person to have play with a team like MiG. | ||

If you force Yi out of a teamfight during his ult that's a good thing. You will very, very likely win the fight. His strength is hugely reliant on him being able to use his ult in a fight. | ||

Yi gets to choose if he uses his ult, if he runs away, and if he just stays and gets assists and refreshes his ult until the exhaust is over. He can also waste about 2 second of the exhaust by alpha striking. Focus yi without cc he just runs away, don't focus yi he just stays in. Exhaust isn't a straight counter to ad's like it used to be, it's just a way to keep an ad from killing your carry while you kill them. | ||

Yorick/Lee Sin was interesting but I don't think Yorick is that great of a pick without a good carry to duplicate. edit: jungle Yi didn't have cleanse, and they were sort of lacking in targeted CC which exhaust would have helped with. it's not like one exhaust hard counters Yi but it still makes it easier to shut him down. oh god this game was over at level 1 | ||

well look at that, chau on solo q support. I'll watch this match. that was good play by dyrus and teddy on top, teddy dodges shuriken in the river brush, comes back and they pincer in kennen. | ||
