Eu servers seem offline. 20 minutes queue.

On Topic. QSS removes exhaust ? Cause to be honest I'm not sure how QSS is better than the item that blocks one spell every 30 seconds, at least in pubs. ( as Tristana )

QSS is better than Banshee's Veil because it's 1300g cheaper and removes the CC that you want it to remove, instead of Volley or TF's ult.

QSS + Giant's belt is cheaper, offers more HP and MR and doesn't get used up by random shit.
Yes it removes Exhaust. All debuffs.
There is pretty much no reason to ever get BV over QSS + Belt on tanky characters unless the enemy has Blitzcrank.
On squishy characters it's a bit more even (1 blocked spell means more if you die in 3 hits), but still heavily in favor of QSS in most cases imo.
If you have a good reason to disagree with the above, please tell me. Thank you.

Seems simple enough to type Ęłó.

alright, this is getting silly, let's talk about the resurgence of boots of mobility. I'm pretty stoked that people have started building them again, they seem to be indicative of a lot more early roaming and ganking which is more fun early play.

I <3 MoBoots (yes that's what we call them), but the Tenacity on Merc's and the damage from Sorc/Zerker (depending on champ) is usually too much to pass up, especially in the early game.

I would build mobility boots in like 75%+ of my games as sion since I started playing him :x just gives you so much map presence. And lategame you can always sell them for mercs anyway If needed. Sometimes built them on ww too to be a big dick if I was doing well. I really think they're still really strong in solo q if you're playing gank heavy and can benefit from the investment

Now that I lucked into higher rating this season, I get to learn things like how I can't face z3rg3m3n top with Riven because I'm bad, but at least I get to help prove that Skarner is broken OP.

I situationally like all boots.

Except for swiftness, I can never justify them over ninja tabi or BoM.

I love playing Singed.

I get ninja tabi or mercs every game.

with nimbleness, tabi make you faster than swiftness for less money and also considerably increase your survivability.

I'd also like to bring up a semi-serious discussion:

So, there are champions with strong early games (Cait, Garen, etc), and those with strong late games (Nasus farmed, Kog, Vayne, etc). These have interesting interactions and ramifications I'd like to discuss. Such as, the obvious, which is "better" for ranked/competitive play? We used to see a lot of Cait in lane, but now it's started to move on to Kog as the big ticket AD. When making a team, should you all have champions of the same type (all strong early, all hyper carry), or half and half?

And in a similar, but different, line of thought, what do you think of runes paging specifically for dominant early game? Like, full AP/AD/whatever stat page to make you completely unbeatable in the first few levels?

Every time I see a singed build swiftness I want to cry.

Why would you build swiftness on singed? Mercs + ulti makes singed basically immune to cc the way Irelia + mercs is immune to cc. Tabis are also great when the other team has scary autoattackers like kog or vayne. It also helps to justify going cloth+5pot against hard lanes too.

I honestly can never see a situation where I would ever want to build swiftness.

I would think analysis of matchups during lane accompanied with color/humor makes sense. Pre-team fights talk about what each side wants to accomplish. During fights just play-by-play. Best approach is probably showing you can do both because I think different phases of the game require different casting. Usually this is accomplished by a duo but it would be good to demonstrate you can do either

Pretty much exactly this. It's why football commentary sucks and SC2 commentary is great. In football they're always trying to seem super professional and in between plays they'll just say random uninteresting shit because they have nothing to fill time: e.g. "That young man over there is a real football player," or "you've gotta score points to win the game." Day9 and Husky don't give a shit about being professional so instead they just try to make it fun, when there's not something occurring in the game they'll talk about something fun or funny. Keep on top of the action, but if there's nothing going on, don't pretend that there is.

That's completely irrelevant to the type of caster. Not having something meaningful to say is a sign of a bad or unprepared caster. You see the same crap much more often in esports because sports casters put in significantly more preparation time memorizing every player on the field, their recent performance, and notable information about the key players. They also have useful staff who feed them additional statistics and nuggets to talk about during dead time. Esports casters fill dead air with nonsense like talking about how handsome a player is.

Two of them have to be allied, so they wouldn't be able to do it.

I would be curious to know what happens when a blitz grabs an amumu during bandage toss though

We need to petition Riot to make a 3 team map. Make it in the shape of a Triforce with objectives in the middle. You can have one lane from each team to a nexus, and when you take a nexus the minions spawn for you, but once a team is eliminated the two remaining teams can take each others nexus and the first to have all three win.

Would be horrible. Search red tracker for the many, many times it has been rebuked.
