Kat won't be until they rework her. Xin probably won't because they hate xin since his Q+W is pretty broken together (and they nerf him more than Irelia). MF probably will get buffs, likely in the form of mana cost reductions.

I pretty much hate Riot for making it so everyone has the Rock Lobster skin now and not just Skarner hipsters.

Luckily for Kat, Shurelia isnt at Riot anymore. The only real way to actually rework Kat is to destroy her passive. But her passive is what makes her Kat. So they really cant rework her.
