situation in da Chinese server: (It still can be changed) -Closed beta just ended, 100 000 players were allowed play in the closed beta. -Open beta starts tomorrow, but only limited players can play. -~500 000 people who have never played LoL are expected to sign up LoL in the first month when registration is open for everyone.
Out of curiousity, how do the limited signups work for the open beta? I'm living in China at the moment, and would have loved to play on the servers there but didn't have a beta key. The lag from China is hell on CS - I'm not a pro farmer in the states, but I hate playing a carry from China because my CS went from decent to awful going from 50->250+ ping. I pretty much play jungle/support now.
Where are the streams uploaded? I'd checked Youku but hadn't found much. Sucks not being able to watch streams here.
Me and my friends from Argentina usually play with 200-300 ping and we do OK. Not much I can blame on lag except on very precise skill shots on chaotic situations, and some last hits, but it's hardly noticeable.

Here's what I thought. I assumed that if you leash as top, you can a) get back to lane in time and b) you can leash it so blue aggros to jungler instead of gaining hp back.
Assuming those two are correct, I see no reason for top to not leash it. It was Malphite.
@Hazmat, then you zone them out of a couple cs and possibly even exp. If you can't, continue on.
Tested out leashing for top, and if you walk top from river you don't miss cs. I think if you walk the long way (if that makes blue re-aggro correctly) you may miss one or two.
you can leash and get back without missing a last hit mid.... Dunno how you would zone someone though, they MIGHT get zoned out of 1 cs just to stay safe. As for Volley, there's no way you'll volley someone at lvl 1 unless you're trying to push your lane and even then, volley won't hit them unless they're really unlucky/bad.
