The idea is that you'll find that here soon, and we are working on pretty cool stuff, but its going to take a while, you'll find out why soon, but we're very proud of it.
In the mean time, yeah, i'd suggest checking out grubby's videos, good stuff.
Check out our Garden of Terror and Blackheart's Bay map guides too if you haven't already.

Now this is 100% puggy and no statement on high level/organized matches but this Tychus build I've been running has been laying the pain down on people. I always had issues getting a ton of hero damage going Q build with Tychus but with this build I'm pretty much always #1 on my team in hero and siege damage.
http://www.heroesfire.com/hots/talent-calculator/tychus#o3id
Is it better than Q build? Probably not. But it is really fun. Since pretty much everyone builds Tychus the same way people can easily misjudge your longer dash. With Stim it makes it so you can dash backwards or forwards and the bonus MS and Att Speed (combined with Vamp as well) makes you very difficult to take down. Stoneskin is still pretty much required because you pretty much establish yourself as "I'm here and I'm not moving" so you need some way to mitigate a bit of damage. It is also good to shield yourself while your Vamp recovers a bit of your real HP bar.. Lazer disrupts like all hell in team battles. Funny enough as well you can use your laser as a pseudo friendly body block. If you place it infront of yourself you have yourself a little wall to fire behind.
The biggest issue here is you need to know when to use your dash. With this build you'll be using it a ton more offensively than with your standard issue Q build.

The more I play this game, the more i'm enjoying it. It's been that way since I started playing whic was in november I think, that's kinda awesome. I main Tyrande, probably playing her like 75% of my games and I don't ever get bored, unless im solo queue for too long because then without team coordination she's not very useful but luckily i'm at least duo queue or more most of the time. Any other Tyrande main around here? Valla/Tass would be my next 2 most played, used to be Kerrigan but I realized she's not too strong in its current state, I hope she gets a slight buff, especially for the early game.

One of the guys whom I play with a lot got to rank 1 maining Tyrande. When he's on (hitting all of her skill shots), he can get some serious work done. In particular, I love ganking his lane with Zeratul. It's almost not fair.

I love playing ETC as an early game roamer/ganker. With his Q/W combo any player who pushes a lane too much you can knock into cannon range and pick up quite a few early game kills.

With huge key giveaways, hero league became something similar to quick match. Ppl are just disappointing :D

Funnily enough QM has actually gotten better recently. It was absolutely vile shortly after paid opt-in beta was released but lately most of those people I suppose have stopped playing.

I just got a friend into beta and was playing with him, the match making of high + low teams is really painful. Like I'm the only guy above lvl 10. The teams are so bad that we pretty much would have won 4v5 one game (I mean literally, we had a bot) except we had a lvl 3 Raynor that did solo-newb things lol. Also last game, I was top siege, hero, healing and xp so at least it's validation that I'm getting better from my newb days lol.
Edit: the free key email mentioned 'completing your heroes team' and now we find out Team League is coming out. So I guess they really are trying to pump up the player base to support 3 game modes worth of match-making.

So I've played about 20-30 games and I'm currently at level 12.
I actually really like the game as it focuses around objectives, laning and team fighting. There is no last hitting, there are no items to purchase, game lasts around 20-25 minutes and you can build your hero in a couple ways.
What I did bad was already purchasing those lower cost heroes like Lili, Gazlowe, and ETC. I coulda saved up 7k for Tyrael or something. The one thing that really peaces me off are the heroes/hats prizes.. I mean, come on am I really gonna spend 20E for Unicorn Mount or 7-10E for a hero? Nah, that's damn too much and I don't have THAT much time to grind up gold to unlock those most expensive heroes at all (2-3 games daily at max). Also I don't have anyone on my friend list to play premade games, just solo derping around.

Also there's a google doc linked in the OP with people's info to add. Prices do seem higher than the equivalent price in RP.

You'd be surprised how much people like buying the skins/mounts, I see them every game. I think the game is going to do just fine from a financial point of view.

I know, I've opened the doc file and added everyone that was listed as EU but everyone seems to be level 40... Also (I hope that's just because it's still Beta) the Talent diversity should be bigger, wondering how many heroes will they release once the beta ends (around Blizzcon or TBA?)

Wow new notes are absolutely amazing. I like this the most:
"Murky
Health Regeneration increased from 5 (+0.125 per level) to 10 (+2.4 per level) New Talent (Level 4): Living the Dream! Grants 10% Ability Power, and an additional 1% Ability Power for every 5 seconds that Murky is alive, up to a total of 25% Ability Power. Resets upon death. Spawn Egg (D) Murky’s Egg no longer grants experience to the enemy team or counts as half of a normal Hero Death. Cooldown reduced from 20 to 15 seconds Egg Health increased from 105 (+15 per level) to 110 (+30 per level) Assault Egg (Talent) Bonus to Egg Health reduced from 200% to 150% Slime (Q) Slime's stacking damage now applies to Unstoppable units (such as the Grave Golem). Pufferfish (W) Casting time reduced by 75"
Time to blow the horn and murloc-raid!
