Religious freak i bet. What part about anything in the video qualifies you to make that statement? Apparently the girl wasn't too worried about it since she waited years to do anything about it. If it was that traumatizing for her she could have gone to the police the next day. Also, who set up the video camera?

Downloading games, music, movies etc. should be on level of borrowing something without permit and returning it. Because that's what it is. Reason why it's criminalized is because of greedy/corrupted politics. ![]()

Also, who set up the video camera? Southern state judge? If you're in a public office stateside it's almost required you be of some christian denomination, the South only gets worse. Apparently the girl was smart and tough enough to realize that beating is legal. The police couldn't do shit in that case, and she would receive worse beatings if she released it while living with her dad. Also preserving evidence is a smart thing to do, and she can punish him much harsher by dealing this out now when he can't affect her and it will affect his life. As much as I am against vigilantism, considering that beatings like that are legal, I wouldn't mind if the internet provided its own form of punishment to this "Judge".

I live in georgia which is a southern state and i can tell you that public office does not "almost require" you to be of some Christian denomination. Sure a lot of public officials are christian but that is because I live in the Bible belt and the majority of people are Christians so by default the majority of public officials will be too. Secondly, the last time I looked at the map Texas is not a southern state. I have family that lives in Texas and I have been to Corpus Christie (where the family lived) and that area is a day and night difference from what you refer to as "Southern States". The girl is 24 now it is unlikely she is just now living on her own especially if this was the kind of house she was raised in. In the article MaliciousMirth posted it says her father was "harassing" her. I would be willing to bet the release of this video was purely motivated by trying to get revenge. If that is the case the woman is using something bad that happened 7 years ago as an instrument to play on people's heart strings to lash back at her dad. So again I ask, if justice is honestly what she is looking for, why wait so long?

And not so much because of the punishment itself, but because of the level of hate coming out from the father. It makes me ill because he appeared to be enjoying himself. He loved putting this bitch in her place, showing her who's boss. What an incredibly small, pathetic man. I don't have any real problem with physical punishment. Whatever. I'm an older dude so I had my run-ins with the big, leather belt as a young kid. It was the norm back then - hell, we even had the strap in my elementary school. But my memories of those experiences don't revolve around the punishment, but rather how I'd catch my dad afterwards and he'd have tears in his eyes - like this was the last thing in the world he'd ever want to be doing and hated doing it. That's what made me want to do better, the guilt of making someone who loves me hate themselves for having to punish his kids. That always bothered me so much more than the actual punishment. But my dad was always one hell of a guy - not like the hateful little bastard in this video.
