I've found it more useful for the latter than the former. My company is 4 stars on that site though for places to work.

Since the human species originated in Africa, is everyone part African?

If you are not american, you are a nobody. Since you are obviously somebody, that means your are american. Basic logic.

Main scenario is that our species went close to extinction around 70k years ago and some of the survivors scattered out of Africa as population grew.
In this scenario, we are close to 100% of African origin. Only exception will be that a few europeans bedded Neanderthals while travelling, making populations out of Africa part Neanderthal and part African.
(of course, if you go back a step further, common ancestors are probably all in Africa and further back in the ocean somewhere)

Linkedin may have some reviews, if you want to go down that path as well.

Email 1: hi whats the engine no need for an inspection what's your best price$ FOR MY DAUGTER WHO SINGLE MOTHER THANKS
Email 2 (shortly thereafter) ALSO CAN I SEE IT

I don't respond because holy shit... the single mother part in all caps is just weird, and now he's still sending e-mails. Weird.

typical tire kickers. I would only respond to the first.

The only way to know how well it deals with its employees is tracking if its growing in size, or if its shrinking in size.
If its growing in size--then they either pay too much or have an awesome work environment. If its shrinking in size--then its either paying too little, or has an awful work environment.
Every other metric is too biased to be trusted.
The best way to know how it deals with its employees is to call customer service, tell them you have a problem with their product, and see how much or little they help you. Just go to their website and read their product names and specs before you call.

How come drunk drivers only cause 31% of car accidents while sober drivers cause the other 69%?

I thought 31% was the number of people killed by someone with blood alcohol level of .08% or higher and not the percentage of crashes.

Even during peak drunk driving hours, only about one driver in seven is actually drunk. The proportion is smaller at other times of day, which is also when most accidents happen.
To put this in perspective, the same source also says:
This implies that the probability that a DWI trip will result in a crash is 1/625, or 0.0016. By comparison, the probability that a non-DWI trip will result in a crash is 1/9210, or 0.0001.

Why does when a drunk driver get in a car crash with a sober driver, the sober driver is always seriously injured or dies and the drunk usually just gets minor or no injuries?
