I did "//This is sparta" on my AP comp sci exam a 2 years ago
|
My teacher was a regular AP grader and she graded it my year and told us afterwards about how many people wrote THIS IS SPARTA! Somebody actually stood up midway through the grading and screamed "THIS IS SPARTA!" and everybody laughed. As long as it's in arguably good taste, the graders will tend to enjoy it. (Reading hundreds upon hundreds of formulaic essays on the same topic can get tedious.)

I wrote half of an AP Lit essay in limerick. Wasn't worth it, didnt get a 5 =\ plus my meter was surely off

I remember senior year when I had already gotten admissions and knew that some of my AP exams wouldn't get me any credit, I just screwed around and drew random garbage all over the test and just slept.

My friend drew a pirate on his AP calc BC exam it asked to find the area of "R"

You know those seals you get from AP exams? I sealed my entire AP test booklet WOOHOO!
Another one:
On the essay section I wrote, "go to page 4." Then on page 4, I wrote "go to page 8" and kept doing that and at my very last page I wrote "GIVE ME A 5 U NEVER SEEN SOMETHING UNIQUE LIKE THIS" and put the seal sticker over that message which said "OPEN HERE"

I enjoy drawing sheep on my AP tests. Did it for three years.
Had little comics and everything. Sheep went on adventures and ate people, it was friggin' awesome if I do say so myself.

Turn it into one of those make your own adventure books. First page write "you will need: 2 D6 dice, pencil, scorecard" then create an adventure involving turning to random pages, battling goblins and gaining the knowledge of the elders.

I'm pretty chill with my old AP US history teacher; since graduating from high school I've made a point to visit him whenever I'm in town. Last summer he showed me some choice answers that him and his fellow graders of the AP tests found in the essay sections of the AP US exams.
- It was too late to repair the irreparable.
- African Americans fell off the racial inequality ladder
- Japanese Americans were usually of Japanese descent.
- The Japanese were sent to reservations. The Indians did not like this.
- According to one poll, Jews were the 2d most annoying race in the US, right behind the Italians.
- The Mexican Americans didn’t have it as bad as they were far away and they were dealing with Cuba’s missiles.
- The shape of Japanese eyes inhibited them from seeing very clearly during the war.
- I have swine flu.
- Domestic factors during the 2d World War were often overshadowed by the emergence of rock and roll and cool cars.
- During WWII, many got the chance to experience the experience.
- Executive Order 90210.
- As documents A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J demonstrate, slavery was prominent in America.

OMG i have done many of these. I was there for the year when everyone did this is sparta. It was highly entertaining. My friends and I decided to make up our own rules the next year to incorporate two words or sets of words into our essays.
1. That was quick as shit 2. Zygote
My bio teacher said the word zygote about 45 times in one class period. The former was just hilarious and i got it into my essay 5 times for my ap language essay. Also for the same test i drew a picture as a response to one of the 3 essays illustrating the authors literary devices.
There are a few more that were really fun to do. I recited a whole akon song at the end of my econ essay for shits and giggles.

I talked about the rage virus in one of my bio exams I think.

I totally wrote something exactly like that for my essay question on APUSH, it was something along the lines of pick 2 of the following 5 descents and write about their trials during WW2. I picked Jews and Japanese, and wrote that many Japanese felt prejudiced against because they could not see as well as other immigrants, and thus had more limited job opportunies as well as struggling in warfare.

One of my friends knew he was going to fail the test, so he drew a picture by taping his pubic hair to the page. I forget what the picture was of, but I think it was a crude stick figure.
He got a 1.

Senior year I took 5 APs and I got straight 1's.. for most of them I wrote in detail the plot of the movie 300, with detailed illustrations of course.

On my AP US History exam essay I wrote "penis" on every other word and crossed it out. I got a 5 on my exam (the only person in my class), and I felt I wrote really good essays... and only one person got a 9 on all three essays (in the class), so I assumed my penis essays won the day for me
edit: This was for the '07 examinations.
