=/ that sucks a lot I hope someone gets banned for that blatant exploit of game mechanics. This has been going on since 06'. I've never seen a ban before or even a warning. There's a grey area called a session change that CCP is okay with. We petitioned it years and years ago and got this answer from CCP. "We cannot control when a player joins or leaves a corp, it's the players choice. If no session change occurs then it may be considered an exploit. In this case, it will be looked at. However, if a session change occurs then the mechanic is working as intended and no disciplinary action will be taken." What does CCP consider a session change? I'll let you do the research on that but there's seven different game mechancics/actions that cause a session change. Pimped out PvE golems are never safe, anywhere.

Thats pretty clear to me. It was also posted in 2008. Your petition response only makes sense if you petitioned it before then.

Thats pretty clear to me. It was also posted in 2008. Your petition response only makes sense if you petitioned it before then. Don't take my word for it, petition CCP. They pulled the same trick that Ten Tron fellow pulled on us: apparently-neutral pilot warps into your mission, joins the corp that's deccing you, then kills you before you can even see a WT has entered local. We did pull the same trick back then too. Did we get banned or even warned? no. You guys told us you petitioned it, and I'm sure this 2.4b golem will get petitioned too. No one will get banned or even warned for this. I've seen it done over a hundred times, mostly to high value PvE ships or freighters/JF.

Pimped out PvE golems are never safe, anywhere. He's got a point. Just place the missionwhore into the NPC corp. Problem solved (well, except for suicide gankers). You cannot have a pvp/pve hybrid corp, it simply doesn't work under any wardecs. Well....maybe I did speak too soon... I'd suggest FW missions as the best option if you really want to go down that route. All it requires is good manual bomber piloting and knowing how to use your dscan, and its possible to hit 30-50M/hr, with ~100M/hr peak if you're lucky with the highest quality agents (and if you're competent ofc).

I was a Minmatar and I didin't really focus my training anywhere so I have alot of spread out points. Should I just keep going and switch from Minmatar ships to Caldari (I want to fly a drake) or make a new one and use the 100% bonus training speed you get?

I'll be in T2 Drakes and Canes soon enough. You can fly anything you want in this game. The only thing race does is boosts your racial frigate and a couple other skills by 2 levels at start (and they are all rank 1 skills too, so it's a total time saver of about 10 hours).

Also can someone give a few tips/link a guide on what you should focus on when you have a drake, I don't remember much more then that they use alot of missiles.

As for drake...find a fitted drake on battleclinic, get all the prereqs for the T2 version (do not get into it until you've got EVERYTHING (missile launchers, drones, everything) up to t2), then get battlecruiser to 3/4 (kwark won't let you fly with us unless you have level 4) and most other nav and missile support skills to at least 3.

Then we found yet another gang sitting at 0 on a station with caps. This time they were pirates so it didn't take GCC for the good old baitdrake to work. Pulled a cane about 70k off station and then cut it down out of rep range. Then we went back to Aral where the original nid gang was still sitting at 0 on a station. The rifter pilot had reshipped into a stabber so I GCCed myself (for the third time in about an hour with caps on the field for the fourth time) to bait him off and kill that too. Uberknat (a new corp member) decided to invite himself to my fleet and turn up without saying anything or listening on ts so I killed him too for a 6th. Then we tried to fuck with a 300 man fleet in Uemon but they weren't interested. We went back to Aral where fb caught two myrms and a harb on a gate and killed them. The gang was growing slowly at this point as more people logged on and the people on didn't want to leave. We were up to eight kills and no losses which is a pretty hot streak for fucking around in low with an outnumbered gang against caps. The locals in Wisk got a gang up to fight us with two vagas, two scimmies, a muninn, a huginn, a geddon, a phantasm, two maels, a cane, a rupture and an ishtar (plus some other stuff I can't remember). We had a really rough engagement with them because the rapier was off alignment so couldn't really provide covering support. He went afk to grab a snack and I didn't see it in chat until I started the fight by which point the huginn was all over us. However serg did some amazing piloting in the scimitar and their entire fleet tried to blob him and failed. A few guys managed to escape points in ridiculous ways and we somehow disengaged with zero losses, a huginn and an ishtar kill. By this point we were up 815,000,000 isk damage done (around 2.5 months gametime) with no losses, surely this couldn't continue. Some war targets were fucking around in emol so we pulled the gang back and sent out a baitdrake to get things going. As they tried to attack the baitdrake they accidentally concorded themselves. So we missed a fairly sweet kill there but it was hilarious to watch a 306,000,000 isk ship suicide. We went back to Wisk to see if we could get any more action and one of the locals warped a sacrilege to a belt while we watched cloaked. Naturally we got on that asaply and brought it down for another 140. They warped their fleet to the belt at 0 and we nanoed off and assessed it. They had a cane, a rupture, two guardians and a mega. Pretty much 0 dps at our range and no real threat. The rapier could control their speed and we were simply faster, the question was how to break their remote rep. A rupture warped off to our align point, obviously trying to get a warpin on us, and I called out a fresh align. As I was considering my next move (most likely a mass overheat on one guard) the rupture warped back and landed at 0 on the rapier, hitting it with a scram web. A nano gang pretty much relies on speed and range to tank and the rapier is how we control their range and subsequently speed. If the rapier gets tackled we're fucked. Knowing the price of the rapier in question I ordered bumps on the rupture but unfortunately just threw away another two drakes doing that. Our killing spree had come to a very bitter end as we gfed up in local. A little on tilt I reshipped and then suddenly local +90ed as an eve uni fleet came through. I looked around and found 5 willing pilots of our own. Now 5v90 isn't amazing odds but we had two drakes, a vigil, a celestis and a harb so we were pretty much set. Baitdrake again went into action as I GCCed myself against the swarm filling the screen. Then everything got jammed. The sheer weight of ewar I was hit with was staggering. The tide surged towards us and it was all we could do to heat our microwarpdrives and try and stay ahead of the wave before it enveloped us. We burned, desperately trying to get out of their ewar range and take out some of the dozens of frigates swarming all over us and around 300k off gate they began to fall off. As things began to clear up we found ourselves with no losses and a few kills. The eve uni hive again reformed into a single swarm and warped to the sun. Deciding we'd push our luck we followed and again attacked them, only to be bowled over by ewar. This was a part of our plan though, although we couldn't do anything within around 120k of the heart of their fleet we dip in and then lure the less experienced pilots out of the protective bubble of ewar. We were all going at different speeds and the align points changed several times because people were dropping on us from different angles while the overview was massively congested with enemy ships. We did our best to support each other but the celestis and the vigil (ewar support ships) didn't last long. Johnny was the next to fall while the two drakes actually burned fairly clear. Orandos somehow managed to shake off the frigates and warp out while I turned around and went in for another go by myself. As the sole remaining ship on the field I got a fair bit of attention and they started warping their ewar support to their faster fleetmates placing me back in their range. After a few more kills I eventually fell with an impressive 62 people on my lossmail. Was amazing fun to just charge at their blob and we all refit with more specialised eve uni ships afterwards. But they didn't wait for us to come back and the night ended. Still, despite the losses we're around 2:1 in isk for the day and a lot of kills. Not bad.
