Apparently BNI tackled a rote archon and rorqual in TXW. Unfortunately the archon was triage and rote had a decently sized zealot / loki based fleet so BNI couldn't actually do much.

The changes are ok I gess. Not having links onlined in a POS is a good change IMO. I also like the dual mind link bonus. Its going to be nice for my quad link loki However CS links are now 5% stronger than Tech 3 (10% for Tech 3, 15% flat for CS). While I don't think that 5% will make up for the Tech 3's immunity to bubbles / cloaking- it certainly is something to think about. Here again, the blobbers have yet another advantage over the small gang / solo player.

The rep changes are going to be pretty cool. With a 15% increase for armor / shield (that discounts deadspace / Anci reps) Not fitting an anci may be a good idea for certain fits. This is a nice stealth buff to the Sac, SFI- basically any small / solo gang active repping boat. Which I suppose might be a trade off for the 5% link disadvantage you will be playing against. But again this is debatable.

The CS changes are really underwhelming for the most part. They are all to slow to be taken seriously. Speed is OK i guess, damage and tank is still really strong, but i still don't think that they will be worth flying for the most part.

I am very interested in what they have planned for marauders...

Sort of a nice buff to t3 links, being the equal bonus to three link types
Nice new mindlink type (dual bonus)
Largest nerf was the 14.2% off of interdiction maneuvers, oh well.
0.5% increase to TD and SD links, as if they needed it.

Also they are looking at making capital mods being effected by links.
The Archon is now invincible.

Nothing to do with blob or small gang. It's about risk and reward. It's riskier to use a command ship, and that's why it should give a bigger reward.
T3s are more flexible, though, smaller gangs will be able to use only one alt and still have decent bonuses.

I really hope they make on grid boosting a thing one day, but eh, it's better than nothing.

If you fight in the same system a lot, pos + command ship may be the way to go. If you like to move, pretty sure T3 will still be the best.

Would be amazing yeah. Fix their sensor strength and they're ready to go. But the problem is they would become strictly better BS, and we may end up with a situation close to what we had with the old T1 cruisers vs T2 cruisers.
