As far as I've read the prestige is still the same, just based on your highest pokemon in the line-up. But now you can have way more reliability in using really weak pokemon, worst case you lose one, but still get the victory. Before if you really cut it close in training you could spend 60 seconds, miss dodging the last special and get 0 prestige instead of 500-1000. | ||

If you think rebalance is likely you may hold on to a lot of pokemon that are only good for show currently, if you think rebalancing is unlikely then you may want to keep around high IV pokemon that could become winners in future updates. | ||
