Nope since they tend to count active subs (and for china its played in the last X days) and an active sub doesn't care about the payment method.

World of Warcraft : Warlords of Draenor is like America, the rich are rewarded for their contributions to society, and are rewarded with gear, and most easily from their garrisons, their factories, and all the other vanity items go to the elite or the ambitious.

The money is simply earned in the capacity to play, not the squeezing of the market with silver and copper. This is such an American rule it hurts. No offense, but I don't understand at all what you are trying to say here. "People who play WoW get stuff in the game"? If so, what does that have to do with being like America?

I will try to paraphrase it a bit, maybe then it will become clear to others what I'm misunderstanding. WoW:WoD is like capitalism: the rich [rich in what? gold I assume?] have the most advantages, since they get gear most easily from their garrisons (equivalent of factories irl) and cosmetics like mounts are reserved for the best players or those with the most time invested. Assuming this is correctly paraphrased, then what's with the garrison part? Everybody has at least one. Also, what's the role of gold in this, if we are talking about the benefits of garrisons or playing well/a lot?

If you want to get really philosophical about it, the orcs in my garrison should revolt against their American oppressor, their brother, for the lack of freedom granted in their self-sufficient environment and culture. They don't fucking need me, man, they really don't.

Post 20g, and obviously garrisons are like factories as operated from management, the factory itself is there and in production, but needs some supervision. They don't fucking need me, man, they really don't. Lets be real here what fucking work have those orcs done? There is only two NPCs who have ever done any work in my garrison and that is pleasure bot 3000 and Ahm. I do all the work while the orcs sit about. Have an invasion? The orcs hide Have a fully built garrison? The orcs sleep Want them to go out in the world? The orcs refuse The garrison is a lie made to think you are a commander but really you have nothing of value to command
