I played UA both times (SL/SL for a bit in S3 3s) and SL/SL only in S1 with a discpriest for about 2 weeks before we went back to UA/Shadowpriest. We could never beat a resto druid or double rogue, but had favorable matchups against most everything else. Even then, SL/SL still required skill. It was a survival spec and you had to do everything perfectly to actually outlast them. You do no real damage, just are very difficult to kill and can drain mana. It was a slow playstyle that demanded you perform flawlessly for long games, that's pretty skill intensive. That said, I prefered the burst of UA/Spriest with the coordinated DoTs and CC chains. | ||

so it looks like there will another raid after hellfire citadel It would be silly to go from the 6.0 raids to hellfire citadel to content gap and next expansion. That's like going from Naxxramas/EOE/OS to ICC without Ulduar or TOTC. - or like cataclysm just ending at firelands. They can't launch the last raid 8 months after expansion release unless they have a seriously amazing content development team hidden away somewhere to announce that WOD will only be 12-16 months long instead of 24.. like every other expansion ever | ||

We shall believe it when we see it :p | ||

With the setting and theme of Hellfire, along with the datamined details of the last fight, it feels very penultimate. I certainly hope it isn,t but it isnt baseless. | ||

~just ran through to 9/10 HC with new guild (they are 10/10 hc, 0/10 mythic) and now i look like a clown from the gear got 9 ilvls and my 2piece and actually posting competitive DPS (though a fair amount down the meters) which is nice | ||

The 2.9 million subscriber dip can be attributed to seasonal changes in the player base. I've heard many excuses for people being inactive because it's summer or winter - but now spring? There's always stuff happening in life | ||
