Chaos Wave now deals 25% less damage.
Doom now deals 25% less damage.
Hand of Gul’dan now deals 25% less damage.
Soul Fire now deals 25% less damage.
Touch of Chaos now deals 25% less damage.
Shadow Bolt now deals 25% less damage.

New Dungeon Difficulty: Mythic Draenor Dungeons now have a new difficulty level designed to challenge even the most hardened adventurers with a befitting increase in reward. Mythic difficulty is geared towards players that enjoy tackling difficult content in smaller groups and is designed to provide an alternate progression path.

Mythic Dungeons are on a weekly lockout, and drop gear that's item level 680 with a chance for boss at the end to drop loot that's item level 700.

More information will be added as development continues.

Guys chill, the balancing patches will come out way later, Blizz just has to put up some notes so people start getting excited, one way or another, again.

Also how the fuck is it so hard to make a decent looking tier set for priests, last time we had one was in Firelands?

Thats nice, keeps people active in that. Or atleast an incentive.

Ph = place holder
Tier bonuses look incomplete in general. I wouldn't read to much into them.

As for Mythic dungeons? Probably useless if you consider that 6.2 LFR will probably give better gear for no challenge.

I think all their sets since about wotlk are horrible tbh. There's a reason why so many people go around in TBC sets.

Even if it does, people can't instantly gear to 680 in every slot.

You also can't enter 6.2 LFR in i620 gear i bet. It saves people from going through highmaul LFR to foundry LFR to highmaul normal before being able to do that. Even then, LFR doesn't give that much gear - not as much as eight dungeons would.

That's the price for having the best looking tier sets for base game + 2 expansions, that also happen to still be the best looking sets in game.

Sometimes I get the feeling blizz puts early ptr class balance notes just to troll people.

We came to the conclusoin that if you're a decent premade group you'll be able to do those dungeons with like ~650-660 alts so it'll be a nice way to gear up

Yea but if you can do them with a full group of 650's (guys on reddit seem to think so) and get 680 and 700 from last boss, that's awesome.

Not only that, there's no reason you couldn't switch the ilvls around a bit. With a few 670-700's you could take someone through who has lower gear np.

Depends on gear drop though, i'd be pretty upset if it is the same dungeon gear just boosted stats. Most dungeon gear was dog shit for any other mage spec than frost

Malefic warlock (T6) and Judgement Paladin (T2) are still by far the best sets ever designed.
