Dmg buffs/nerfs are confirmed to come out today (in the 5-10% range)
My guess is marksman and WW monk nerfs, maybe rets as well. Enhance should get some single target/scaling buffs and a nerf to firenova

The whole reasoning for addressing balance before mythic opens is to not screw over top guilds; can you imagine Method or whatever just stacking hunters like madmen and then suddenly when they are about to get a world first, a hotfix hits and most of their dps is lowered by 5-10%?
Also i don't think 5-10% is enough to make Fire and Arcane viable right now, but Fire with 4set might be good enough in hc/mythic BRF.

Yeah but frost isn't terrible terrible. If you look at logs after the 80 entries of MW monks lol you get your frosts doing 25k plus already. By end of this raid (without any nerfs) Frost would be pulling 30k plus and bursting 100k lol. Doesn't seem in need of a buff imo, unless they intend of everyone to be doing 35k plus at the end of highmaul idk.
I forgot to Rune of Power on butcher for example and didn't run incanters ward on tectus either, adding those i think i might be able to do decent logs there. Also frost bomb is used on tectus too i believe.
But of course we shall see. MW and MM nerfs might have to be big on them though, rip if your one of those lol

MW Monks do pretty insane dps without gear. I don't know exactly how their scaling works but I've seen some go past 20k with 620 weapons.

Just Howl Bomb them into oblivion. All you need for that is pandaren water spirit and chrominius of lvl 25, start with spirit put up geyser then whirlpool, swap to chrominius use howl and then surge of power. Takes care of 95% of stupid legendary pets. If you want maximum safety you can also bring unborn val'kyr to cast haunt before the water spirit for 25% extra dmg, but it won't work for Carrotus Maximus, since he clears all debuffs from himself after a few turns and that combo takes too long to hit.

edit: there are things that make looking just at avg ilvl not very effective. some dps classes are much stronger than others on certain fights and in general. a guild that happens to have a good margok comp and the stronger classes in general will have a much easier time. also certain items are extremely strong, namely trinkets. the healer boe trinket is broken OP and blizz said they're not gonna nerf it. having slightly higher dps just enough to cross a threshold of seeing a certain mechanic one less time in a phase can be a huge deal. having slightly higher healing to have breathing room through certain mechanics can be a huge deal
After looking into that healing trinket, seems pretty unreasonable that it should be so overpowered. I think it flat out destroys even the 670's from highmaul.

Wow damn. I haven't played any of my horde toons yet past level 92ish so I haven't seen much of the garrison/buildings. Guess I've been spoiled by the alliance garrison because I do really like it and it really felt like it progressed a lot as you leveled it.
Pretty surprised since they've always shown the horde a lot of love in the past of course haha

I think it flat out destroys even the 670's from highmaul. I heard it is BiS through mythic BRF. The tooltip on it is incorrect -- it actually restores 21k mana. Guilds with healers that all have one have had a much easier time healing things cuz they can use more high mana abilities during high damage phases and not go oom. They can heal up avoidable damage and not go oom. Margok is a 12-13 min fight, so healers are using it a solid 5 times for an extra 105k mana :o None of my guild's healers have one
