They'll present the new ESPORTS map and format. From what i understand it's platoon vs platoon with the squad leaders at MLG and the rest of the platoon at home observed by ingame GMs on a small island with 7 bases. Could be interesting. | ||

As far as i understood, the information will be released some time tomorrow. They are already streaming from MLG on http://www.twitch.tv/Planetside2 but it doesn't seem to be anything specific today, just general gameplay, chatter and lots of technical problems. | ||

I don't really get what MLG sees in this game as far as potential, but it's a cool idea I guess. Seems like it would be a lot more feasible with like a WoW-size playerbase. | ||

Its not balancable, the playerbase is to small and there is no way a spectator can keep up and show whats really going on. | ||

Also is it even possible to win the Esamir territory alert (which seems to come every day recently) from the Northwest warpgate? Haven't seen it yet, although yesterdays looked promising on Waterson but I had to leave with like 30 mins left. Dunno what happened. | ||

We’re considering Galaxy repair and ammo supply certifications. Giving ESFs and Liberators more locations to re-arm from and more objectives to attack/defend in the sky. Oh yeah baby I'm gonna be Rah's repair and ammo prostitute! | ||

PS2 Air Plan I haven't been in the skies as my (now old) computer would hitch occassionally when I fly, so I am curious as how pilots view the changes. | ||

The coyote + locust sounds extremely weird and bizzare. The railgun sounds awesome, although I wish you could substitute the nose cannon for it and keep your fuel pods =/ AA missiles that supposedly take more effort to use than the normal ones, and a gatling gun. What do you do with the gatling gun? Air-to-ground? Liberator takedowns? Ambushing fighters would be better with the railgun, assuming you can just fire off one shot then immediately swap, but since rotaries already eat you alive...I dunno... | ||

There is an ammo tab with the gun certs but it isn't active. Do you have to get an Auraxium Medal on a gun before you can get special ammo for it? | ||

Since i don't know which faction you play and which class you prefer you have to check yourself for which applies to you: Carbines Assault Rifles LMGs | ||
