As Sent mentioned, it's basically 1 common route with a short epilogue for each respective heroine. Would recommend the Sharin fandisc afterwards since it elaborates on each of the respective epilogues. Oh and fandisc has the Masaomi chapter of course (the main feature), pretty awesome.
P.S. Seeing as you liked Mizuha route too, I think you'll enjoy Natsumi fandisc epilogue

I dont remember any porn, I got semi conned into watching the first one, didnt think it was anything excessive. Its mostly all implied anyway. Wouldnt have even remembered it if Blasty didnt plug it after what feels like forever.

Emi sucks. And the music is the best part of KS imo, the music always felt really fitting to the mood of the game. Especially considering no voices. I can still hum most of the soundtrack from memory.

I need a recommendation, ADT. My backlog went poof, so I seek help especially now during summer.
Don't care what genre really but I usually have preference towards Supernatural and Psychological stuff. Mystery's usually awesome too, but as said any genre works. Mecha is a bit hard to get into but if the plot's good why the fuck not.

I agree, I didn't really like Katawa Shoujo myself, even though so many people really like it. Emi route was the only okay one imho.
@Elem: hmmm maybe try Ef: A Fairy Tale of the Two? The animation is beautiful imo and I guess it's sort of a thriller style, mostly romance though. I have no confidence in my comparative taste but I thought it was pretty good ><

I just finished watching both seasons of CG and related OVA this WE. This anime is just amazing. I'm actually trying more new animes now since I never thought Mechas and High Schoolers could deliver such a great story, there's nothing I can't try now

Watch the Break Blade movies 1-6, they were really good. I enjoyed them a lot more than most of the anime movies i've seen. Also Elfen lied, Gantz are good Supernatural animes, oh and I cant believe you haven't seen Gintama! Boo!~
