They get away with it because they air after 10PM. If they air that episode during the day that bit will be filtered out.

Oh really? That's a shame. I thought maybe American television was finally growing up.

Poll: Will it be revealed to Jessica in the next ep Harvey's deal w/ Darby? No (13) 81% Yes (3) 19% 16 total votes Your vote: Will it be revealed to Jessica in the next ep Harvey's deal w/ Darby? (Vote): Yes (Vote): No
The title is a bit off grammar since the number of characters are limited and I made it a bit spoiler-free

I reall enjoyed the line "No one watches the wire without watching sopranos first" damn it's really like the next level of sopranos where you meet the best of the best in the television. I really like Suits writers...

HOLY FUCKING SHIT
I really liked this episode. Donna was smoking hot in it and the diaogue felt less forced than the previous ep. Also, that wire shoutout? Wow. Just awesome!

So Eva says a nice little story and all of a sudden everyone is convinced she's innocent. Lol Ok.

Its funny because Jessica was probably the only person making the right decision because if they didn't vote out Eva temporarily then Eva loses company permanently to a hostile takeover no matter whether she is innocent or guilty. However that doesn't change fact that she is basically digging her own grave at the firm considering if Darby wasn't eager to back Harvey before he probably is now.
Edit: They are convinced she is innocent because its there job to read people and they realized even she isn't that good of a liar.

+ Show Spoiler +I thought it was the story + the $100mill.

That was an utterly awesome episode. Glad suits is one of the few series that is holding strong. The Mike-Katrina thing was awesome!

Except they don't confirm if any of it is true before believing her do they?

+ Show Spoiler +TV show, suspend disbelief / trust Mike or Harvey to check it / trust Harvey to be a god at reading people / trust Louis or Katrina to check it. And seeing how competitive the oil industry is + how a huge part of the opposition to the industry is the damage to the areas they go through it's reasonable the believe that a company who wins the bid did so on offering up money to the people who'd be affected by it.
I'd be mainly going on that it's a TV show and the episode was jam packed with action so they could have cut it because of time constraints.
