seriously i was originally going to watch clash of titans with friend tehn there were no times available then ended up watching kick ass dont regret it at alll i haven't been this pumped up after watching a movie in a while lolool | ||

The reason I liked this film was because it was different to other action movies. I absolutely HATED Spiderman series, Transformers 1 and 2 and X-Men. Your generalizations make no sense... | ||

So what do you look for in a film apart from a brilliant script? You want a film to have a brilliant script PLUS something else, apparently. Or a brilliant script but WITHOUT certain attributes? I don't know how someone not wanting to see a film based on a trailer despite the film being praised relates to this era of American entertainment. I'm sure a lot of people who enjoyed this film watch a wide range of films. I know that a lot of people have a varying taste in films judging by the other film threads I've seen here. And I'd definitely accept $100 for what would possibly be a maximum of 3 hours work including travelling to and from the cinema. | ||

And for the people who watched the trailer and think theyre in any position to say whether or not this movie is any good... You can't possibly have an opinion about something if youve only seen 1% of it. Watch the entire movie as a whole, and untill then, your opinion is 100% worthless. If you're no fan of a particular genre then fine, but id say you should still be able to recognize a good movie when you see it. | ||

Anyone who thinks they can judge a movie based off of its trailer is an idiot. For instance, Ckash of the Titans. (SPOILER) Good movie overall, but the ending sucked so hard. The trailer has you expecting the final battle with the kracken to be amazing, buuuuuuuuuuuut....... you get what I mean. Anyways, for those of you who have seen the trailer, there IS a second trailer, the Rated-R trailer. This one is the trailer that convinced me that I would LOVE this movie. Just type in "Kick Ass rated R trailer" on Youtube. It'll be the second or third down the page and 2:48 min long. GG, enjoy. :D | ||
