Sure after this his impact diminished considerably as basically the other heroes took farm priority, but I think you're exaggerating a little. He was irrelevant later because he wasn't given farm priority. Why he wasn't given farm priority, and why Ehome never plays around him, ought to be all the answer you need. Teams have different priorities and for Ehome, that's getting Cty and Eleven ahead. Why? Because for Ehome, those two players are seen as the best players in terms of impact. There was a period of time when they tried to prioritize chicken, and it didn't work because he'd fuck up and waste all the farm. It IS a weakness because there are only so many heroes that can be played in off. Fortunately for Ehome, currently there isn't a huge variety of effective heroes in the middle, which allows them to ban the middle heroes they aren't able to run. But in case that changes, then their middle is going to be a huge problem. when exactly did they prioritize chicken? Back when Eleven was playing Tuskar every game and he was playing Tiny. didnt they win the majority of games when eleven was on tusk and chicken played a farming/core mid?
They did well for a time but were soon destroyed by top Western teams. Look at Ehome's tournament results - they were doing very well in China but had issues whenever they faced top Western teams. To be fair so did every other Chinese team, but the difference is that Ehome's results outside of China didn't show them to be the best Chinese team.
From what I hear from Reddit, Ehome is still the best team in China, and is destroying other Chinese teams in practice. But this is their first big win against Western teams.
The changes have been positive for Ehome, as their off player is now able to show off his skill, while their weaknesses in middle are less important than before because there are fewer effective middle carries.

It's probably more that he likes the attention and having a persona.

Ehome has only played with this current roster for a few months, and the only Western team they've lost to is OG. But hey, keep talking out of your butt!

guys calm your tits EG is the runner up of the tournament no need to exaggerate as if they're noobs and fail material that would be a discussion for secret

I don't think that flaming Azarkon to shut him up works. Gods knows people from gosugamers to reddit tried. I actually think it's one of his better qualities. He stands by what he says even if most people think it's wrong. He's the villain that we need but we don't deserve.

Some of retards keep flaming old chicken without realize that he was doing the draft for EHOME this tournament, not LanM.

Why would you want to shut him up? He's funny... well, kind of.

I'd flame ppd too for his play, too, but ppd is probably spending a lot of his in-game time yelling at RTZ to not go full stupid and RTZ still manages to go full stupid. Failed his job twice.

Game 3 for sure! I missed game 1 and game 2 was meh.

game 3 was super amazing from a spectator view, game 1 and 2 where outdrafts and kind of stomps.

Ehome's teamwork was ridiculous in that final teamfight.
Universe silenced by kaka. Sumail & Fear blew their ults on an aegis'd Enchantress. Universe frogged by Lanm. CTY finished Fear, turned and eblade Arteezy. Arteezy evaporated by Lanm's spike-finger combo. Sumail used refresher, popped CTY's linkens and Laguna.... which did nothing because lolSatanic. Universe chrono missed Lanm, but killed Lion anyway to get rapier back.... while his team is already dead.

Huh? You don't get my words? People keep blaming old chicken because he's not 'good enough' to be in EHOME.
But he was drafting the entire game in this tournament. That should explain why he is the best choice for EHOME at this moment. Don't question about old chicken anymore. He brings some revolutionary drafts.

Why is it that the English audio (casting) when watching the replay in Dota TV is choppy, while the other languages are not choppy? MDL is the first tournament ticket I've bought, but it's disappointing how many of the matches have audio so choppy I have to turn it off.
