It's sort of important for evaluating his state of mind, because this game I did feel as though there was a huge conflict within the team. we need teamspeak to know that, they probably decide it's over vocally before they type it out the meme'rs always go crazy when rtz leaves the game, which I still don't understand why.

He had to decide: ban ES and let EHOME potentially get Void or ban something else let them have ES and get Void for universe. Guess the gamble didnt work out. Kaka 12:1 ES this tournament

Simply picking viper mid had a huge effect on EG's ability to lane and rotate in the early game, and Ehome made good use of this. Sure after this his impact diminished considerably as basically the other heroes took farm priority, but I think you're exaggerating a little.

He was irrelevant later because he wasn't given farm priority. Why he wasn't given farm priority, and why Ehome never plays around him, ought to be all the answer you need. Teams have different priorities and for Ehome, that's getting Cty and Eleven ahead. Why? Because for Ehome, those two players are seen as the best players in terms of impact. There was a period of time when they tried to prioritize chicken, and it didn't work because he'd fuck up and waste all the farm. It IS a weakness because there are only so many heroes that can be played in off. Fortunately for Ehome, currently there isn't a huge variety of effective heroes in the middle, which allows them to ban the middle heroes they aren't able to run. But in case that changes, then their middle is going to be a huge problem.
