Acording to Joindota, no.
Zenith vs LGD is 18h20 from now, Na'vi vs iG is 15h20 from now. There will be 4 games going on at the same time for the whole day though, you won't be able to catch everything. Without a lot of monitors at least.

Well I hope valve have some sort of lan client setup at least, but the latency on same servers are usually negligible (I get 50-60 ping on local servers)
