4 of IG, EH, Na'Vi, mTw, Orange, TF, Col and Darer will go out playing bo1, while in group A there won't be any surprise imo, CLG, Zenith, LGD and either EG or MUFC will advance and the teams in LB from group B won't be very strong.

They won't be going out having only played a Bo1, they'll have played 14 games in the group stage beforehand to put them in that position.

M5, Darer, MUFC shouldn't be here, they are a tier worse then the other teams, PB and mouz should be in imo. EG and mtw will disband after disappointing performance. you heard here first Doubt that teams would disband more likely would replace the burdens of their teams. (Demon almost got replaced i believe). That being said also suggesting PB being in TI2, PB isn't even a pro-team and if you havent seen their disappointing lost to EG in BTS which in all 3 games PB won their laning phases but were out played in meta and late-game by a losing EG that played without their captain. Teams that have lack of motivation to play or practice are often the ones to disband. Btw, Valve needs to add mouz pennants (wish CWM was able to get his visa) just incase and I hope everyone sees the huge differences between Blizzard and Valve when it comes to E-Sports... Blizzard got smashed by Valve lol

Blizzard got smashed by Valve lol Despite the many faults blizzard has in their client and other things. WCS is much better for growth of esports than the international is. blizzard pays tournement organisers to host WCS for them, so thoes organisations gain profit from it. As oppose to valve which does nothing to grow other tournement organisers since they run it them selfs. Not to mention the fact WCS does a good job of promoting local scenes, which valve really havent done

From dota2.com: PRELIMINARIES August 26 - 28 Games begin each day at 9:00 AM PDT (UTC -7) - Watch in Dota 2 with commentary - Watch live at select community streams MAIN EVENT August 31 - September 2 Games begin each day at 10:00 AM PDT (UTC -7) - Watch in person at Benaroya Hall - Watch our live stream on dota2.com - Watch in Dota 2 with commentary Also, @jD_mrblue and @PurgeGamers twitter state that MUFC are currently in Vancouver, after one player was caught smoking on the plane, forcing it to land. According to Purge: "They are still playing(probably). They are just going to miss the 2 days of warm up everyone else gets." Still, not exactly an ideal situation and if they can't make it in time (I think the games start in about 28 hours), then I suppose we'll see mouz step up. EDIT: Or see WE step-in, since they are the Eastern backup.

How come they didn't qualify for The International ? They got invited, and they aren't really one of the best team. They are quite mediocre.

You thought correctly -- mouz are the first stand in: Kevin 'Purge' Godec: @PurgeGamers @qwertasdfghjkly I also asked this question. Mouz is backup team #1. They will be the first team to play, no matter which team can't play.
