You think it would be any different if it was hosted in China? Home teams always get cheered more than away teams.

thats exactly why i said these audience are disgusting, navi/loda were hugely welcomed and cheered by the crowd when they were there.

Oh get over yourself. People are allowed to cheer for their favorite team. Why should they cheer for another team that they don't want to win? If some people in China are fans of navi good for them.

No, it's that the Chinese fans clearly show a great deal of respect towards Western teams but it's not the same when the Chinese teams come to The International. This has clearly been the case even when the Chinese teams aren't even playing fan favorites, or home teams from the USA. TI2/TI3 are perfect examples of this.

Like a Chinese team could be playing some random EU team not named Na'vi and the crowd would still cheer for the EU team no matter what.

No bias here folks, he speaks fact. Really, he isn't a Chinese fanboy or anything.

Give it a break, Navi fanboy. Weren't you the one complaining about China playing the same strat all the time? Got anything to say about Navi's naix and puck 2/3 games, which would be 3/3 except puppy got greedy the first game?

I didn't complain about them doing the same thing every time. I want to see them do well. I'm just getting tired of the Orange fan throwing around the word bias and claiming China is the golden land of tolerance.

I think most teams when they have Selection Priority take first pick rather than sides giving Navi the opportunity to pick sides, where else Navi prefer to pick side when they have Selection Priority.

So far the drafts are even.

Would be fun as fuck if both teams just figured it out.

?!

OD completely destroys puck.

But he takes this domination nowehere else.

You can just swap lanes and give puck a safe lane to farm up, and OD cant do shit against it. he can suppress, but he surely doesn't destroy

My memories are back on AWC, when dendi was forced to offlane because of an OD and things didn't worked out.

Nobody's disrespecting Chinese. People are cheering for Navi because they like Navi and want them to win. This is a normal thing in any sport. You don't go to a football match and cheer equally for each team. Personally if Orange wins I will back them against Alliance because I think Alliance are boring. It has nothing to do with race and everything to do with playstyle.

A lot of people were cheering for Burning and DK.

Exactly. There are fans of other teams present. Navi fans just happen to be the loudest and most passionate (and probably most numerous) because people love their playstyle. Silly thing to be butthurt about.

So why is it Western teams get a great deal of respect when they are playing at G-1 or any other lan event in Asia? Get out of here. Everyone knows that there's a tinge of racism/discrimination going on.

Really....no racism in China at all. Please, lets deal in reality. Just stop with the stupid bias discussion. The crowd is not a hive mind, they do not think as one.

'SC2 community isn't a hive mind, there's no sexism in it.'

? Accuse SC2 community of sexism when there's clear and blatant discrimination against all Asian teams at TI? Orange has been playing highly aggressive and entertaining Dota, and hardly anyone cheers for them unless they are playing vs a Chinese team.
