You can only attack buildings.
In Dota 1, during Jugg's spin, you can also deny creeps. I assume it is the same in Dota 2.

Bladefury's dps drops off considerably because every hero now has decent hp Omnislash becomes very hard to use because most of the time you will never be up against 1 hero / without creeps Jugg's auto attack dps doesn't quite cut it yet in the mid game you become a big creep who can bladefury every once in a while with little to no effect on a team fight. basically it becomes a 5v4, then they kill you, then they push and win. I feel like you either need ES in your lineup to initiate and clear creeps or jugg just doesn't contribute much.

If you're feeling that Blade Fury isn't doing enough damage to close out kills, thats when you should go into farm mode.

This is for early-midgame. You need to be careful using omni early because its a ton of mana and a long cd, and doesn't do THAT much dmg. Without it up you will have a ton of trouble killing, generally if omni is down, just farm until its up

About Juggernaut, the way I have seen him used recently differs from the normal fury/stats build early, where instead fury/wards is taken with a soul ring to help push down a lane with the recent movement speed buff to the ward. He's not the greatest lategamer but his healing ward is excellent in all phases of the game and can really turn fights if it goes unnoticed.

Can anyone help me with the etiquette of a Hard Carry? I know I'm supposed to sit in lane and farm all day and night until I'm able to farm heroes, but at what extent? Do I literally never go out for ganks as, say, Dragon Knight or do I take opportunities if I can? Is farm really that important? Basically what I gathered from that vid guide of importance (as I never played a Hard Carry before in really any MOBA game) was get that helm, use controlled creep to stack the mobs, farm jungle, farm lanes, eventually go into full beast mode.

If they out carry you however, you may want to join the fights to help push. Especially in pub lineups which are often something like AM void spectre naix sniper, you want to win before they get any room to farm. Basically, if your carry/carries can out carry their carry/carries, you can afford (although, do not want) unfavourable trades if your hard carry is just farming. If you can push down a tower, go for it. If you can get a safe kill, go for it. You want gold, and if they allow you to, you can get fed off hero and tower kills. But you cannot rely on this gold - Make sure you aren't falling for bait (aka check for mias before going for it), and if you can't get it safely, don't go for it. Farming creeps is a much more reliable way to get gold, and gold on a hard carry wins games.

You want to spend your time as efficiently as possible, not wasting time waiting to set up ganks / put pressure on lane. You only join ganks/pushes, if you are confident you will achieve something. If you spend a minute setting up a gank, and u only get 1 kill, you would've probably made more money just staying in your lane and farming. Always have a scroll on you so you can defend when needed. If they are pushing a tower, and initiate on your team, and you lose the fight, you obviously should've ported in (unless you would all die anyways). But if they can hold off without you, just keep on farming. Knowing what to do in each situation just comes with experience. Your goal is to get as much gold as possible, being with your team not farming only when it really matters.

You mention that "and if they choose to push you are going to need help, whether you are lich or windrunner." True in some sense, but most classic side lane solos like windrunner have a nuke that can push back the waves and/or escape mechanisms so that they cannot dive you as easily. Also, other side lane soloes dont deny their own creeps aiding the push against you with the exception of enigma, who gets summons to compensate for it. In the current metagame, towers are so important and losing one early will reduce a team's map control and can allow new ganking paths for the 2 supports. They may even be able to push down the tier 2 tower if lich keeps denying and you have a hero such as chen/enchantress. The trilane farmer can quite safely farm on this lane even after the tier 1 tower is gone, because it is not easy to get ganked as the only safe ganking paths would be coming right up the lane or from the SS direction. Ganks from these places are quite easy to see unless the ganking heroes are smoked up.

Maybe because of Chain Frost, since they often roam with the whole team and no creeps around, where they could take heavy damage from it. But I honestly don't know.

And pushing is all the rage these days. Just to keep this going, why did/does Navi ban lich then? Which game, against which team, and what were they going for? As was said, they have a very aggressive gank and push style, which can go very very south if they get caught out - look at the navi vs dignities game where pudge, Chen and venomancer are durdling about behind the sentinel tier 1 top lane tower, taking the aggro and letting the creeps push - a Lich ulti there would get 3 kills, especially if there was a solid stun/ initate/ move controller there. Maybe they got burnt by it recently, or maybe they were against a team who are known for playing void + 4, or maybe even the rest of the bans left both antimage and invoker in the pool, and they knew the other team didn't have a good invoker player, so they left them both, removed antimages favourite lane partner, and dared them to give navi invoker. Lots of possibilities, can't really answer without more info.
