I see so good, it's even better that liquid has BM offlane.
I remember the DK now.
I think the weakness of lycan / bm lineup (sometimes with furion carry instead of lycan) is late game and some form of team fight control. Invoker is definitely awesome in the lineup. I think OG really ran the liquid draft super well
let me frame the discussion better I guess:
Liquid Drafts a classic BM inner beast with summons lineup:
BM offlane, a summoner safelane (lycan or furion) who builds also necrobook, supports flexible, venge if possible but if not fall back to tusk or rubick
What's the choice for mid?
DK / DP / Invoker / others?

Well you can always throw an earth spirit in the nix too. And if you think about global there is not only invoker, but Zeus is available too. Problem for Zeus right now is, that you can gank him easy, and he has no escape. But together with Furion it could work out in certain games. Other then that probably dk and dp as you said. Bristleback does also work very well in push/pickup lineups. You can also play the bm as 4 and Furion as 3 for extra greed and push;)

Very simmillar and equally good drafts in that game, very close overall the boys are just too clutch lategame for Col to handle

from reddit: He (matumbaman) played so well with lifestealer that series, but I noticed that he looked annoyed after game 1 and after the break between games didnt walk in with his team, rushed in alone. Im a huge fan of him and it just doesnt seem like him

I did not see him walk away, but his reaction after the game was kind of funny. First he was hyped, then he smiled, then he facepalmed for a few seconds. I thought it was because of the C9 walk of shame 
They crushed second game anyway so I don't think there's any real friction, even if there was some frustration it probably blew over quickly.

Game 1 I really didn't feel great about how they played, but game 2 they played great and looked really confident again. Getting NaVi next really feels like it's the same type of opponent so I hope they come out on top ez and build momentum for the long road ahead.
