I mean, there's not much to say about a stomp. With how one-sided that series was, all you can say is, "Wow, Liquid looked good, let's hope they keep that form for their next series", and that's been said enough through this thread.

Games were on a decent time for me here in NA! Yeehaw baby, Chinese LANs are good for me.

Kuro is so good on Naga, it's pretty funny how they rarely pick her despite how in the meta she's been for a long time. I guess there's no need to play a hero you're already too good at.

The matches ahead are certainly hyped. It definitely like a TI preview or sth. I believe that we will win against Secret and really looking forward to a rematch against either VP or LGD. I still don't feel like we are back in our top form to be honest :D, but I still believe that we will win this one and then TI.
If you go over your limits, would you be able to go back?

Looking forward to the matches tomorrow morning! Secret should be a good measure of where the boys are at right now.
I play children's card games and watch a lot of dota, CS and HS

Game 1 vs Secret, with a complete absence of throws. I don't think this is Liquid

just saw the results - wow.

I wish this wasn't such a ridiculously shitty timezone
Why do the best games have to be early in the day (from Chinese perspective), and all the loser bracket stuff is the only thing you can watch from Europe.

It's just not the same to watch VODs.

At least Liquid vs LGD will be midday for me, so that's a bit better.

It's like tennis, sometimes you have to wake up at 3am to watch the game :-) There are so many strong teams in that tournament even the LB is insane to watch! But I wish Liquid lost one serie so we could see them live from EU ;-)

Great series against Team Secret, neat and clean. Now it's time to fight against LGD, a big contender.

That was some solid play and drafting by Liquid today. Is it only me or would others agree that Matu's DP is performing a lot better recently. I remember when they first started picking it I genuinely flinched every time I saw it but now it feels like another tool in the kit.

I highly recommend this reddit page:

https://www.reddit.com/r/DotaVods/

You can watch the whole tournament from the beginning completely spoiler-free. You only have to avoid news-sites .

Finaly our boys are not messing around. Next test - LGD. We missed the Liquid vs VP upper bracket final ( they made the same mistake we did in the last tournament - being cocky with the draft), but there is still chance for a Final vs them.
Awesome performance, they showed that there is a very high chance for second aegis. Fingers crossed. Finally their next match wont be 5AM local time so i will be able to watch it live.
Liquid winning!

No signs of Ti curse throughout the year. Impressive. Their tournament exits had always been due to cocky drafts or experiments, rather than poor form.

Still, Ti prophecy is still strong with lgd hitting top form. What an excellent run in to the aegis. Full hype!
